Test of love and loyalty (chapter 11)

Saturday (days are now important)

-Matts POV-

I've been dealing with my daily routine. It was currently afternoon, so I was dealing with papers. Such a BORING thing to do. Until one of my soldiers bursted through the door of my office. He looked pretty frustraited.
"Purple leader! Green army have send you a letter, sir!" He said. Green army!? My greatest enemy. He hands me the letter and salutes.
"Dissmised" I simply say.
I opened the letter, as I started to read it my face turned to rage, I could tell.

Purple Leader,

We decided that it's time to end this rivalry forever, we will start a war and clearly defeat and kill you if you're not a chicken to face me and my army. We will attack next week on Saturday's afternoon. I honestly hope you will bring your soldiers that will be willing to die for that weak army of your's. I hope I made myself clear.

Oh, and don't make me forget, I sent you a letter because our weapons are already charging. So I am unable to send you a voice mail right now, but don't be sad. You can hear my voice and victory laugh when I kill you on the battlefield.

Ugh, out of all times he can call a war on me. He had to chose now, when things were getting better. And he? Killing me? Ha! Possibility of baby with a gun killing me is bigger! I'll show him.
But first I have to inform my soldiers.

-after announcement-

After announcement there was a knock on my door.
"Come in" I said. Of course it was my wonderful assintent Edd.
"Ma- I mean Purple Leader, what happened?" He asked clearly confused.
"Green army sent a thread about attacking next week, we must get ready. Go help with training. We have to be prepared." I said
"Yes, sir!" He saluted. He looks so cute. But I can't think like that right now.
"Dismissed." I said. And he walked away to training grounds. This battle will be brutal, me and my soldiers know it. I just hope Green Army knows that it won't be easy for them. But not for us either. I have to prepare for this physically and mentally. I got up and walked over to Tom and Tord's work place. Soldiers who saw me saluted. I knocked on their work place door and soon I heard shuffling... I am happy that I knocked. I don't know what they have been doing but I have feeling like I don't even want to know, if you know what I mean. Anyway I was met with Tord opening the door and saluting.
"Purple Leader, sir!" He said and Tom did the same after noticing me.

"Soldiers, I need you to at least try and make more weapons for the battle. We will need them."

"Of course sir."

"Purple leader, may I ask against which army are we going to be battling? I didn't hear the first part of the report sir."

"We are going against Green Army. That's why we need more weapons."

"Green Army!? Sir, I am sorry, but that's insane! It's basicly killing ourselves!"

"Soldier calm down, we are gonna win this. You should have more faith in this Army."

"Sir, are we going to join the battle?"

"Sadly yes, I am afraid you have to."

"I just hope it will be worth it."

"It will, if we get rid of Green Army my plan in taking over the word will be 100% succes!" "Also, I have a small help for you. "

"What is it sir?"

"I recommend you stay put to your work and leave the shenanigans to late night when everyone is deep asleep."

(Back to normal)
Their faces turned dark shade of red, I just chuckled.
"S-sir, w-we we-weren't! T-that! Us! Sir ne-never!" Tord stuttered. Tom was too flustered to speak.
"Yeah, sure!" I said and walked away closing door after myself. That distracted me for a bit. I went to look at training grounds. They were doing very well, I even saw the Jehovah's Witness train, I walked back to my office. We have only week to prepare for the attack. I hope this war will go well for my army.

We all can only train and hope.

Eyyyyyyyyyy! I am not dead! But this story will be ending soon I am afraid. There will be feels so yeah.
