I blinked a couple times and saw the ceiling of my bedroom. I groaned at the light.
"Here, take this." I heard and I looked over.
Jellal was sitting at the edge of my bed.
"Hey Jellal, what time is it?" I asked and then took the Advil Jellal had handed me.
"It's 3 o'clock in the afternoon." Jellal said.
"Ah god damn." I responded and propped up on my elbow.
I was shirtless and only in red boxer briefs.
"What happened last night?" I asked.
"Well, you almost got fucking raped by some red haired chick. Juvia saw you getting pulled into a room making out with some girl with red hair amd saw that you were basically unconscious so she beat the fuck out of the chick while I dragged you out of there." Jellal explained.
My eyes widened and I groaned. This has happened way too many times before.
What can I say I'm a ladies man when I'm drunk.
"Do we know who the girl was?" I asked.
"That Flare girl who was dating Lucy's brother." Jellal replied.
I groaned loudly and slapped my forehead.
"Oh and in other news, Erza, Gray, and Lucy have all made up and Lucy is waiting for you outside this door. I'm gonna send her in." Jellal added and I nodded, not really listening and turning to my other side, snuggling up to a pillow.
I heard him get up and walk out of the room, two people talking, and then someone enter.
"Hey Natsu." I heard.
My snapped open as I realized that Lucy was in my room.
I slowly turned over and saw her standing there. She wore a pastel pink sweater and tight blue jeans. Her hair was up in panda buns and she looked absolutely beautiful. I could smell her strawberry and vanilla shampoo and I smiled.
"Hey Lucy." I said and smiled warmly.
Lucy smiled back lovingly and walked over.
"How are you feelings?" She asked, staring at me with concern in her deep coco eyes.
"Better now that I've had that Advil." I said and she giggled.
But I saw something in her eyes.
I saw sadness.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"Uh, did you know it was Flare?" She asked.
I felt shocked at the suddenly question but answered truthfully.
"No. I honestly didn't even know what I was doing." I said.
She smiled and sighed.
"That's a relief." She said.
"Why?" I asked.
She looked up at me and smiled.
"Because I love you."
