Chapter 10

~ Princess Pov ~

Alisha woke up as she used her hands to pull her upper body up. She rubbed her face then back till she looked to see Williams there sleeping.
She blushed and just stood up as she went to the door fixing her hair a little so it would not look like bed hair.
Once out she looked around as she saw only three of the crew men out and one of them was the man she kicked butt to yesterday. She ignored them and went to the left side of the ship and leaned her arm on the railing as she looked down. ' that dream... William did care and he still treats me like a kid... am I still a kid to him?'
Alisha then shook her head as she then yelled out angrily. " What the hell do I care what he thinks of me as!"

-Crew Pov-

The crew looked at her as she yelled, the crewman she'd beaten yesterday spoke up "bet he just thinks of ya as a nice pair of tits and good bed warmer, and that's it." He says as he works, not caring if she heard him

~ Princess Pov ~

Alisha looked at the man mad as she yelled back to him with one hand on the railing. " Why don't you say that to my face! You thieving pirate!"
As she said that she watched the man to see if he would come to her so she could rip him a new one if needed to.

-Crewman Pov-

The man laughed "idiot, you're surrounded by pirates, that's not an insult, just an observation!" He laughed as he continued to work, swabbing the deck

-Pirate Pov-

William groaned as he stood up, hearing yelling outside, so he sleepily stumbles to the door then swung it open and leaned against his hand as he held himself up on the doorframe "what the hell's going on out here?! Why all the yelling so damn early?" He asks annoyed

~ Princess Pov ~

Alisha frowned and crossed her arms, turning back to the railing as she looked out to the ocean. "Nothing! Just go back to sleep, you need alot of it at your age!"
As Alisha said that she did not care if Williams got mad at her or not but that his crewman was getting on her nerves.

-Crewman Pov-

The crewman laughed, along with the other crew working

-Pirate Pov-

William yawned as he looked at her "look, I may be old enough to be your father but that doesn't mean I'm old." He says as he steps back into his room and grabs a shirt, pulling it on, though it was loose and showed a bit of his chest "I'm awake now, I could've slept for a few more hours yet." He grumbled as he closed his door and started walking up the steps to get a look around

~ Princess Pov ~

Alisha looked a little at him as she kept her frown for a little. Then she looked over at the railing thinking.
But as she looked down something caught her eyes in the ocean water. She could not help but lean a little more over the railing to see a dolphin then jump out of the water.
Alisha's eyes shined a little as the girl in her started to show. She then saw that same dolphin swimming ahead of the ship so she walked over to where the other dolphins were as they all jumped, sometimes together and different times.
Alisha has never seen a dolphin before as she could not stop watching them.

-Pirate Pov-

William watched her with a smile as he heard the dolphins jumping and heard them speaking to one another, so he decided to see what she thought about them. William walked down the steps and walked up beside her "cute aren't they?" He asks as he puts his bandages hand on the railing, his gaze on her, seeing her wonder filled eyes, causing him to smile more

~Princess Pov ~

Alisha looked at William and blushed as she stopped leaning on the railing. " it's my...first time seeing them..."
She felt her heart race as she looked at his hand looking a little sad. "Is your hand going to be okay? And sorry for being snappy... just I guess I'm having a little of a hard time with this new life style..."

-Pirate Pov-

William nodded "you'll see a lot of things for the first time from now on." He says before he lifts his hand "yeah, it'll be fine, most of the damage was just to my calluses." He said with a smile "I know...things will get easier, I promise." He tells her as he raises his bandaged hand and places it on the top of her head, rubbing her head like a kid.

~ Princess Pov ~

Alisha blushed and grabbed his unhurt hand as she placed her face on his chest with her eyes closed. ' Why does this feel so right?'
She then put on a little smile that William could not see but the crew could as at this moment she did not care. " I'm sorry I'm so much like my mother...I can feel how hard it is that I look so much like her..."
Alisha wanted to tear up but didn't and held it in as she leaned her head more on Williams chest.

-Pirate Pov-

William sighs as he holds her hand and started to brush her hair "it's not your fault...I'm sorry that I've made things so...so confusing, because of that night..." he says as he kisses the top of her head "you don't need to apologize for being like your mother, be proud of it, she was a wonderful woman, just like you are." He tells her.

~ Princess Pov ~

She looked up to William as she got on her toes and kissed his cheek. As she then whispered in his ear. " it's okay, it would be a lie if I said that I didn't like it." She then got back on her feet and then kissed his wrapped up hand. " and I'm sure my mother has told you about The Land Of The Dead..."
Alisha knew she was going to ask this sooner or later.
