I began panting heavily.
"Mom. I'm not ready."
"Your 15. Why would you be ready? I am very disappointed! How could you!?"
"Mom I'm sorry"
"Sorry doesn't cut it" When we reached the hospital they rushed me into a room. I put on a gown and my parents came in. Following them was the doctor.
"Hello Allison. I'm Doctor Pamela. You are at 3 cm. You need to be at 10. Let's take a walk, it should help. "
I walked for about half an hour and I was ready.
"On the count of 3. 1...2...3!" I pushed so hard I thought I was gonna push out my organs. Sweat poured down my face and I was panting heavily.
"Come on just one more time" the doctor told me. I pushed with all my might moments later I heard a cry. I couldn't help but smile at that. I felt another sharp pain and remembered that this wasn't over yet. The doctor told me to push again and this time it was easier.
"Your babies are nice and healthy. Welcome your two baby girls into the world. " I smiled happily as they placed my twins in my arms. I looked at them with their eyes closed and brown hair. They were so cute I didn't ever want to let them go.
"So have you thought of any names? " mom asked. I sat there thinking for a couple minutes. I looked to the baby on my right covered in a pink blanket and then to the one on my left covered in a white blanket. I decided to name the one in the pink blanket Peyton Marie Sky and the one in the white blanket Audrey Ann Sky. Born on February 6 at 10:36pm and 10:40pm. I love these babies and I will do everything to protect them.
