Chapter 26:

It's been awhile ~haha~ I'll keep this short but, I appreciate all of you guys who are still reading but can y'all stop asking for me to update, please? I'm trying my best to write again and I've even written a short story and am forming a world in my head for a new book all of my own. This story just reminds me of a time where I was motivated and happy and Gravity falls reminds me of a time where I was carefree and now I'm stressed, depressed and worrying about my future. Honestly I can't really get behind this story anymore I was so young when I started this that the writing is horrible and I've changed my writing style so much It's so inconsistent. Sorry for the rant.

Pacifica POV

Looming above me was the fluorescent lights shinning out of the tent of telepathy. It's blue lights emanating from the entrance light both an invitation. . . and a warning.

Despite my best attempts, Dipper came with us. It's not that I didn't want him with us, but he's hurt and not fully healed yet. Gideon and I almost succeeded at keeping him home but, he's very persuasive.

There were hushed voices coming from inside, eerily I could tell one was Mabel, and she didn't sound very happy.

Gideon let out a whimper from the back of his throat. "Should we.  . ."  He let the end of his sentence fade away, we didn't need him to finish it anyway.

Dipper, Gideon and I all took a synchronized step forward and made our way into the tent.

When we walked through the entrance we could see a dim light spilling out of a door.

We all looked at each other and shared one thought, We're going in there.

All three of us inched our way towards the glowing room, listening as the conversation grew clearer.

Mabel's voice was harsh, she was berating someone unseen to us.

"Why can't you do anything right?" She hissed. "All you do is screw up my life!"

Suddenly, someone started walking towards the door, with heavy thuds marking their path.

Dipper grabbed Gideon and I by the hands and pulled us into the shadows.

We watched as Mabel stormed out of the room. Once she got out of the doorway she was enveloped in a blue light and the door behind her slammed shot, emitting a metal sound as if it locked itself.

Dipped placed a hand over Gideon's mouth to quiet his intense breathing.

As Mabel walked away, she looked back at the door, we were just barely out of her view. Once she got out of ear-shot Dipper lifted his hand from Gideon.

"Well, I think there's only one thing to do." He stated, turning me, slightly wincing as he did so. "We need to get in that room."

Gideon shook his head. "It's locked, she locked it."

I looked at him and walked to the door, wiggling the handle I confirmed his concern. Turning to Dipper I sighed. "She did lock it."

Dipper smiled and pulled off a greenish-blue amulet from his neck. "She messed up." He said walking to me. "When I was passed our she had the perfect opportunity to take this from me, especially since she knew I wasn't the real Dipper."

His hand was started to fill with a faint hint of blue as he held the amulet to the door. "She let me keep my magic, so locked doors are no problem."

Suddenly, the sound of metal clicking resonated through the hall, accompanying it was the door, which drifted open to reveal no more light visible in the room.

Dipper grabbed hold of the handle and slowly dragged it to help it along. Once the door was steady we all shared a look of concern, for there was a dim but florescent light emanating from the corner, and soft weeps could be heard.

Dipper started to walk, until I put my hand in front of his chest, stopping him. "I'll go first, you're still hurt."

He looked at me concerned and opened his mouth to disagree, but when he met my eyes he knew I would not be swayed.

As I walked towards the crying sound, the lights flickered on. I swiveled towards the door I came in and saw Gideon giving me the thumbs up. "Thought it would be easier if you  could see."

Smiling back at him, I turned to see now, what the dark had hid.

To the right of me, tucked in the corner, was a man as my Bud had described to us, except this one was different. This Will was vulnerable.

The thing I saw in front of me was not the picture that bled evil, instead it bled pity.

I saw a pour soul in front of me that was once powerful, but now was beaten and chained, bleeding and crying, and in terrible pain.

Will looked at me, and through tears, wheezed. "She'll kill you and then me."
