chapter four

Leo backed up surprised and looked at Becca. The blue stone was clinched in hand. "H-how,why,WHEN?!"

Becca giggled a little. "I moved here with my mother. She got a better job. "

April climbed down into the sewer and went to her side. She put an arm around her shoulder. "she goes to my school now!"

"That's great dudette!!!" mikey cheered and hugged Becca pushing April out of the way.

Becca laughed and petted his head.

"welcome back." Donnie said smiling.

Ralph rolled his eyes.

Leo wasn't sure what to say or do. Just then the stone flew out of his hand glowing.

It banged into mikeys head.

"ow..." mikey whimpered and fell to the ground.

Becca picked up the stone and let out a cry in surprise as the stone banged onto her pink stone. She grabbed the blue stone and tried to tug it off. "arugh!"

Leo walked to her. "what's wrong?"

"the stone! It's stuck!"

Leo grabbed the blue stone and tugged but she fell into his chest.

Becca blushed as Leo blushed too.

"yah I don't think that will work..."

Donnie looked interested. "guys let's head back to the lair and I'll have a look at them more closely."

"alright!"Becca answered backing away from Leo.

Donnie lead the way. Everyone followed him. Leo and Becca at the back. Leo blushed and held her hand as they walked.

They made it to the lair. Becca looked around amazed.

Leo chuckled slightly.

Donnie turned. "may I?"

Becca lowered her head.

Donnie took the necklace off and went to his lab.

Leo and Mikey showed Becca around while April went to greet Splinter.

~time skip~

Half hour later:

"guys you may wanna see this!"

Leo,Becca,April and the others raced in.

They stood behind Donnie at his desk.

"what is it Donnie?" Leo asked.

"those aren't normal stones. They were in mutagen sometime." Donnie explained. "they have....powers." he turned to them. "the stones can cause...feelings between people. It's like cupid."

"whose cupid?"

"he's a diaper wearing baby who forces people to fall in love with arrows." donnie explained.

"o-kay?"

"what that have to do with us?" becca asked donnie.

"seems these stones react to whoever touches them."

"but i touched them first." april replied.

"but you can't be affected by mutagen so it can't affect you. But..." he looked at Leo and becca. "you both touched the stones so it affected you two."

Leo and Becca looked at each other as they remembered.

'what about that pink one?" Becca asked about to touch it.

"don't touch that!!" April yelled

But it was too late. Becca touch it. There was a pop as light flew out. "duck!!" Becca yelled.

Everyone ducked as the strange light bounced off the walls. It banged over Leo's head. Than Becca's and landed onto the blue stone. Both stones glowed slightly than dimmed.'

"so because of what happened..." becca looked at Leo.

"we like each other?" leo finished and they both blushed looking away.

"thats right so you both made be affected by the stones and you're feelings...could be false."
