After the incident with the pendant, the rulers of Zarlya decided they needed to calm down before descussing politics, so they returned to Zarlya and rearranged another meeting for a later time. Julian went to find Jenfrim, who had been sent to Valentina's bedroom. He walked in the room and found Jenfrim tied up on the bed, unable to move, but surprisingly she didn't seem to mind her position.
Julian: So, queen Irilia is still trying to take over the whole realm? I heard that she was still alive, but I thought she had finally given up.
Jenfrim: People like Irilia don't give up, Valentina. Or should I say Julian?
Ju: You know I'm Julian? But how? Why didn't you say anything?
Je: First of all, I'm not as stupid as you think. You may have fooled the others, but not me. As for not saying anything, I figured that maybe it would have ruined my mission.
Ju: Which happened anyway. You must really hate them to do such a thing.
Je: Hate? Oh no, I didn't do it for the revenge. I did for the money. Irilia promissed me a place in her royal court, I could become the richest person in the whole Realm, with the right decisions and connections, of course!
Ju: Oh, so money is what you want? I could give you some for helping me get to Irilia. I have a lot to spare.
Je: Keep your money to yourself, prince! Irilia is providing with much more, I won't betray her!
Ju: Don't see it as betraying her, see it as helping a friend out.
Je: Since when are you my friend? Hahah!
Ju: Since I didn't hand you over to Gre'Jyon to have with you as he saw fit. Not laughing now, are you?
Je: Fine, you get my help. But if any of your guards or knights dares to touch me, I will inform Irilia of the situation and she will kill you!
Ju: Don't worry, I will make sure nobody harms you. Now, let me untie you.
Je: How did you end up like this, anyway? Where is Valentina?
Before Julian could answer, the door burst open and Nadya came running in, grabbed Julian and took him to the throne room. In there, there was a man sitting on a golden chair. As soon as Julian saw his face, a smile was formed on his lips.
Ju: Connor? How wonderful to see you! How did it go? What did you find?
Connor: Queen Valentina! What an honour! The witch wasn't there, but I met with another one called Mirjana. Do you know her?
J: Yes, unfortunately! I have never met her in person, but I have heard of her. Did she harm you?
C: A lot, but I was lucky enough to meet a Lunar faerie who healed me. And she also told me of a sword that you will need. It was-
Connor didn't finish his sentence because Nadya stopped him. She had a very worried look on her face, and she was holding a letter. Julian took it and started reading, and he couldn't believe it! His problems were multiplying by the day!
