The first chapter.

Well, Liv tried to act as comfortable as she could, but her actions and eyes showed the opposite. When she finished eating, she immediately rushed upstairs to her room so that she can cool herself.

She closed the door behind her and leaned against it. She took a deep breath while closing her eyes. When she felt that she finally cooled down, she opened the door, did a bitch-I'm-so-fab hair flip and went downstairs to the room where the teenagers were staying.

She was walking in the hallway on her way to the living room when she felt a pair of hands wrapping around her waist from behind. She gasped and quickly turned around only to glare at her elder brother. "You scared the shit out of me!!" she hissed, almost shouted at him.

"What? I was just being myself!" He crocked a brow and his younger sister. "Are you hiding something, Liv?" he slightly smirked at her.

"Go away, Kris." She said before turning around leaving her brother dumbfounded.

He wanted to joke around with her but she kept on pushing him away. He always wanted to be the good brother but she just hated that side of him, she doesn't even laugh at his silly jokes.

He didn't give up yet and followed her inside the room. He was about to call her name when a girl spoke before him. "Hey, you...wait what was your name again?" a girl with blonde hair waved at Liv. And from the way she called her -not to mention her look- you can tell how slut she is.

"Liv." Liv rolled her eyes.

"Oh Liv, would you bring me a bottle of water?" she said. The girls' eyes around her were all fixed on Liv. She raised an eyebrow and started to walk away without even nodding. Liv hated the way that blonde talked to her, why the hell is she treating me that way? Liv thought.

"Me too!" one of her friends yelled.

"And me!" another one yelled.

Kris noticed his sister's fists clenched. "Why don't you get it yourself?" he barged in.

"They don't know where is the kitchen, Kris." Liv said before leaving the room. She knew that they were just making fun of her but she just ignored them, she was being herself.

She came back with the three bottles of water and placed the tray on the table. Then, she sat down on the couch. The blonde one scoffed loud enough for Liv to hear. But, she just ignored it and unlocked her phone like she never heard the latter's remark.

She stared at her phone's screen for a moment and she snapped her head up when she heard her name being called by Kris. "What, Kris?" she looked up at him and his face made her smile immediately. Yet, she didn't feel well but her mood changed when she saw her brother's smile.

He held both of her hands and pulled her to stand up. She stood up lazily and let herself getting dragged by Kris.

He stopped in the hallway and turned to face her. "Come and sleep at home tonight." He said with a slight pout in his lips.

"I'm home." She said.

He sighed. "I mean our home." His voice was serious at that moment.

"I can't, Kris. I have to help Mumica tonight." She reasoned out.

"What are those maids for?" he asked.

She sighed deeply. "I just can't leave Mumica alone; you know that she's not in a good condition these days." She said and he noticed the concern in her eyes.
