Damian is happy with the progress the friends have made and Kyle gave up his power to the demon. Now he's stuck in hell with his friends and boyfriend. But it's fine, everything worked out in the end. And now that Damian has Kyle's soul, he will never be the same.
Kenny and Kyle have each other and that's all that matters, so what's there to be unhappy about? Everything worked out the way the friends and the demon wanted and that's all that matters.
