Sneaky suspisions|Lawless x Reader fluff

You were walking out through town as fall had finally come. Leaves were falling and a light breeze filled the air. You were bundled up warmly wearing a scarf Lawless had gifted to you not too long ago. It had been awhile since you had even seen him. You'd wonder what he's up to anyways...

Probably bothering the hell out of Licht..that sounds about right. But you missed him, it felt like centuries since you've seen him. Hopefully he'll visit soon. "Maybe he's forgotten!" You mumbled to yourself and sigh. Maybe not thinking about him would help. That didn't work...you'd think of all the times you goofed off with him, and did stupid things just to piss Licht off. Licht definitely had a temper that only one can mess with. He'd always be muttering "shit rat" under his breath. You felt bad for him at times, but goofing off with Lawless was too fun not to goofy!

The wind picked up and the sky had darkened tremendously, got to love fall time. Your hands were quite cold due to wind but you were almost home. As you walked you felt like someone was following you..this was the scariest feeling of all. Finally you reached the door of your house and walked in to feel a sneaky suspicion that someone was in your presence. You dropped your coat on the coat rack and took your shoes off. As you did so you heard a small squeak coming from the couch. You couldn't help but smile knowing already who it was. It has to be the one and only, Lawless!

You go over and find him cuddle up in one of your blankets. One second he was a hedgehog the next in his vampire form!

" Lawless how'd you get in??" You asked, crossing your arms. You were sure you set the alarm system as you left earlier, you look over to see it wasn't armed. Looks like you forgot to.

" The door was unlocked too. I wanted to get away from Licht...he's a bit scary sometimes. You're not scary..you're really nice and kind so I thought you wouldn't mind me here." He smiled scratching his head. You only shook your head and laughed. Of course Lawless had made Licht or "Tenshi" mad. Licht is super scary sometimes...Lawless was confused on why you were laughing and sat there dumbfounded.

" I'm happy you're here, I was actually thinking about you on my way home! You're welcome to stay here. I just don't want to feel the wrath of Licht-tan..." you mumbled shivering. The house was quite cold and you were shivering like a madman. Lawless had noticed and wrapped the blanket around you cuddling next to you. Before you knew it he had fallen asleep on your shoulder, snoring lightly. You couldn't help but laugh at the goofy vampire. Just then you head a knock on the door as it opened. As it did Licht had stumbled in and was frowning like usual.

" Where's shit rat?" He asked, glaring at you. You shivered again, Licht scared the literal crap out of you.

" He's here, he said he wasn't to get away from you. I guess you got mad so he came here and waited for me to get home. He's fast asleep, must of been tired waiting for me." You chuckled looking down at him. Lawless's eyes fluttered open as your lips were almost touching. You squeaked and his under the blanket. Lawless looked half asleep as you peeped from hiding under the blanket. His face protained to be red with a goofy smile that you loved. You could never get his smile out of your head. Licht just glared and flicked Lawless's forehead.

" Shit rat we're leaving now." He started to drag lawless behind him. Lawless struggled and ran and hid behind you. He was now hugging you tightly whispering in your ear;

" Please protect me (Y/N)"

" Licht he can stay here. I'll make sure he won't do anything stupid." You gave Licht puppy dog eyes. This technique had been proven usual in many situations. Licht sighed loudly and just left slamming the door. You jumped as he did so. Lawless squealed picking you up and hugging you tightly that your eyes might pop out.

" Your my guardian angel (Y/N) you saved me!!" His smile was bigger than before. You couldn't help but blush at how adorable he was sometimes. It made you all warm and fuzzy on the inside. You kissed his cheek which made him freeze. There was no reason to why you did it at that moment. You just had too. Lawless was blushing insanely red. He then kissed your cheek and looked away. It was silent again for a moment. Lawless looked at you again and picked you up and wrapped you up in the blanket again. No words could escape your lips. All you could do was smile and drift off to sleep, Lawless holding you tightly.

" My precious angel"
