Damon's P.O.V
"You know you can stay longer if you'd like." I said to Cleo. "I know, but you know I won't... Beacon Hills is our home." She said, while looking down at her baby. "Look Cleo, I know I've done some pretty horrible things, but I'm sorry." I said. "Wow, Damon Salvatore saying sorry... must've been hard... but I have a family that needs me... I can't Damon if I bit you I would kill you... and I never forgive myself for it." Cleo said. "Bye, someday we will come back, but today isn't that day." She said.
Cleo's P.O.V
"Oh thank god you're safe." Mom hugged me. "Skyler told us what happened, do you want to press charges?" Mr. S said. "He's a vampire unless you put vervain in his system he could walk out at any time he wanted." I said. "Thoses are real too, they wasn't on the checkerboard." Mr. S looked at Skylar. "Well, they are now... now you know, Damon held me captive, because he couldn't kill me he still loved me." I said. "Cleo, you ready?" I heard Derek ask. "Yep I'm coming." I said. I put baby Taila in the back seat safe and sound asleep.
Finally now I could get some sleep I slide in the covers on my side; Derek was still awake he looked at me. "I love you, Cleo McCall." Derek said while leaning over to kiss me. "I love you too," I said and kissed him. I haven't felt more happier than I do right now I woke up in the middle of the night I tried and tried to go back to sleep. I have woken up Derek, "I love you, so damn much." Derek said and kissed me. It turned into a make-out scene when morning came I woke up with the blanket partly covering my body and nothing covering my butt.
