Bailey's been gone for eight days now. I canceled the wedding how could something like this happen. Who was out to get him and why me.

" It's ok Lay he's coming back ". Tristan said rubbing my back.

" What if he isn't ". I asked.

I was at my parents house my dad doesn't want me to stay it my house he said it could be dangerous. I just put Breslin down than I got a call from a block number.

" If you want your fiancé back we want a million by the next 24 hours or he's dead ".

The person hung up my heart started pounding. Where am I going to get a million dollars from in 24 hours. I hurried and went into my parents room.

I was in the kitchen when Penelope called me. We've been messing around she a cool chick to chill with. I answered her call.
