Becca's POV
I stand up out of bed. I look over and see Ethan sleeping. I run over so excited. I hug him, but he doesn't wake up. He doesn't look up to see me, he doesn't even open his eyes. I poke him, no reaction. I hear a heart monitor. I turn around to see me in bed. My eyes widen and I back away from Ethan. I did this to him. I hurt everyone. I sit down by the bed and just sigh. I was disappointed in my self.
I heard a bang near the door, to see Grayson walking in, with red puffy eyes. He sits on the side of the bed kissing my hand. I feel his lips on my hand, pushing softly, not too hard. He sniffles, and puts his forehead on my hand and cries.
"I miss you Becca, I can't believe I did that to you." He says crying. I sniffle softly and he looks up in shock. He jumps up and runs outside screaming for a doctor, causing Ethan to wake up. He runs over and looks at you. He smiles and holds your hand. I feel my eyes starting to close, and i'm feeling light headed. I pass out and suddenly, I open my eyes and I'm laying in the bed. I see Ethan sitting in front of me and crying. I turn my head in confusion. I can't remember what happened. It was on the tip of my tongue.
"Ethan? W-what happened?!" I say pretty much yelling. He held my hand tighter, his face going soft. He shakes his head softly and looks down.
"Becca if I'm being honest. I have no idea why you did this." He says looking up at me, a tear falling down his cheek. Grayson comes in with a doctor who walks over and shines a light in my eyes. I close my eyes, because the light it too bright. Grayson holds my left hand as Ethan holds my right. The doctor writes some things down on his board and looks back up and starts talking.
"She may be awake, but she has a very small memory about anything that happened for the past month." He says sighing. Grayson and Ethan turn towards each other and then look back at me.
"S-So you don't know what I did?!" Grayson says a bit confused. I nod my head no because I had no idea what he was talking about. Grayson was pretty cute, but I kinda want to remember what he did. I won't date him if I don't know...
"Grayson, give her a break, she just woke up." Ethan says punching Grayson in the arm, which makes me laugh. They look over and give this look like they are in awe. Grayson admires me and so does Ethan. I giggle a bit and shift in the bed and try and go back to sleep. I fall asleep to Grayson and Ethans soft whispers.
(dream)
I go outside and go into the car and drive to the mall. I had like 200 bucks from birthday money so I decided why not get some shoes. I walk into the mall, and I head to journeys, because them vans though. I get some vans and I shirt from VS. I'm about to leave, when I hear a laugh I've heard before. I turn around to see Grayson making out with another girl. I gasp at the sight, a tear dripping down my face. I walk up to him and his girl and I remove them from each other. I gasp almost falling to my knees sobbing. Katie...
"WHAT THE FUCK!? KATIE? GRAYSON?!" I yell, Katie was quite shocked to see me just as much as Grayson was.
"I-I'm sorry..." Katie stuttered as she was trying to leave. And Grayson pushed her away and tried to come towards me. I pushed him away and tried to run. But he grabbed my arm and spinned me around.
"Becca I'm sorry." He said now moving his head to my neck kissing it. I softly moan at his touch, but I still push him back.
"You cheated on me, I'm not easy to forgive, goodbye Grayson Bailey Dolan." I say stomping away. I ran out of the mall to the car. I sit in it and cry. I sob my heart out. I grab my phone and scroll through contacts to see who I can call.
Ethan freaking Dolan🍰
Yes, Ethan. I touch his name on the phone and it rings...and rings...and rings...
"Hello?" He asks in a very husky voice.
"E-Ethan?" I say still sobbing.
It was quiet for a second. Then he finally speaks.
"Becca? What's going on?!" He says a bit worried.
I sniff and snot every where and tears roll down my face.
"G-Grayson Che-cheated with K-K-Katie." I finally stutter out.
I hear a small gasp from the other end of the phone.
"Come over." Ethan says hanging up right away. Quickly I turn on the car and head over.
I cried into Ethan's sweatshirt as we laid on the couch watching tv. I cuddled in to Ethan and he held my closer and tighter.
"It's okay Becca, he is just a fucking idiot." He says shaking his head. The door knob jiggles and we turn out attention to it. There he was, the man himself. Grayson fucking Dolan. Ethan's eyes turn to a glare as Grayson walks across the living room, and heads upstairs to his room. Ethan's sits up making me fall onto the couch, I lay there and watch Stranger Things. I look up at him a bit confused.
"I'll be right back, I'm grabbing you a sweatshirt and blanket." Ethan says walking up the stairs. I return my attention back to Stranger Things. It's one of my favorite shows in the world. I hear a thud from upstairs, and some yelling. Shit.
(end of dream)
I wake up pretty much sobbing. Ethan runs over and grabs my hands. He looks over at me in confusion and Grayson looks at the ground holding his face.
"Why are you crying, I just got here, what happened?" Ethan asked questioning me. I point to Grayson who is crying. Ethan looks at him and back at me once again confused. I move my hand in a way to tell Grayson to come here. He walks over and sighs while sitting down. I lean over to whisper in his ear.
"I-I remember what y-you did..." I say, drifting off in the end of the sentence. I back away to see a tear falling down Graysons face. He shakes his head in dissapointment.
"I-I know Becca, You said most of the dream o-outloud." Grayson studdered out. I start crying and end up in Graysons arms, he tightens his grip and holds onto me for at least 5 minutes. I had stopped crying, so I assumed he just wanted to hold me. And if I'm being honest, I wanted to hold him too.
"G-Grayson...Ive missed you." I whisper in his ear, making the grip around my waist tighten. He shakes his head into the crook of my neck and sobs, like I've never seen a guy like Grayson cry this hard. (DoNT GEt OFfEnDED) I Let go of Grayson, and he lets me go. I look over to see Ethan gone. Where did he go.
"Ethan left, Because you hugged me I think." Grayson says. "He really likes you well you don't know that until now because memory." He says pointing to his head which makes me laugh. "But Becca, don't come back to me I hurt you, I-I will hurt you again, and I can't do that to you." He says kissing my hand. "Goodbye Becca." He walked out of the room. Ethan came back and looked at me a bit confused.
I look at Ethan, tears at my water line. He runs over waiting for me to say something. But I don't. I accept the fact that Grayson is gone, and that he really does care. Ethan sat by my side the whole time, still waiting.
"He might not come back." I whisper. Ethan rolls his sweatshirt sleeves down. He then grabs my hand.
"He will be back, he is just thinking." Ethan whispers back but I shake my head no. I Lay my head back onto the pillow and sit there. How could I let this happen. How could I drag them down.
"Go.." I whisper to Ethan. "Live your life, don't wait here for me." I take my hand away from Ethan and roll to the side. I hear him sigh and stand up.
"Goodbye..Becca.." He whispers, The crack in his voice soft but obvious. The foot steps walk out of the room and the lights turn off. I roll onto my back looking at the roof. What have I done. I made the only guys in my life leave me. The only people at this point I truly care about, are gone.
I lay there and sob my heart out. I hopefully get out of this place soon so I can see them again.
