Chapter 22 , anger

"Nozomi!"

"No"

"Please just this one time-"

"NO"

Kuroo then grabbed me by the wrist. "Just act as his date! Thats all ya gotta do!" He said while winking at me "You might even enjo-"

"Kuroo... how many times... NO!" I snapped while kuroo faked a hurt look.

"Also... has kenma even heard of this?" I said gripping my books tighter.

"Well... I thought if you would have agreed to go on a double date with kenma he would say ye-" "oh my GOD! Do you know how embarrassing that is???"

Let me rewind for you...

Kuroo accidentally agreed to go on a date with one of his moms friends daughters... by accidentally.... he wasnt paying attention.. and got hooked up by his own mom....

"Do you even know what she looks like?" I said as I pushed my glasses up, now more calmly now walking by his side.

"Well , her mom said she was in the art club..." He said while scratching the side of his head...

"Well do you know what her name is?"

"Oh! Yeah Suzaki Mei. Shes in.. class 3-b?" (Forgive me I dont know the class numbers)

Oh my god is he really that stupid...

"So shes in your class... but... you dont know what she looks like??" I said with a distraught look on my face...

"Well i mean Ive seen her but I just.. forgot?"

3rd person POV.

it was now time for kuroo to ask kenma... he never got an answer from Nozomi but might as well give it a shot.

"Kenma!-"

"Whatever it is not right now.."

"Kay! Just... let me knowwww..."

"What do you want-"

"Wouldyougoonadatewithnozomiforyourbestfriendinthewholeentireworldwhohasaccidentlyagreedtogoonadatewithoneofmymomsfriendsdaughters"

"Excuse me... was that even japanese?"

"I said.... would you go on a date with Nozomi for your best frie-"

"NO!"

I looked over and saw kenma a very bright shade of red crawling away.

"Cmon kenma!! She hasnt even gave me an answer-"

"You didnt even get an answer from her??!!"

"Well all she said was something like. 'no!' And 'has kenma even heard of this!' You guys finish each others sentences its perfect!" Kuroo said excited.

"Again... why is your reason..."

He lied to Nozomi, and was planning to as well to Kenma. He made it up cause he wanted to see Kenma go on a date with
Nozomi... He thinks they're a damn good fit for each other.

"Fine. If you get a yes from her then.. Ill go..."
He said covoring his cheeks with his sleeves to hide his blush.

Ah kids..

"Kenma agreed to it!"

"Agreed to what?"

"SHHH"

"Sorry.."

Nozomi and Kuroo were now in the library , Nozomi was studying for a chemistry test. While kuroo was being a little baby and waiting for Nozomi to finish up , he planned to talk to her in the hall but she took longer than he though.

"Okay im finished, what do you want?" She said as she pulled up her baggy button up sweater so it wouldnt fall off.

"Kenma agreed to go on the date-"

"He what?! How? Why?" Her eyes were now wide open and had a look of displeasure of the sudden news.

"Cmon Nozomi you gotta do this for me!- Are you kidding.."

She was now half way down the hall holding her face in her hands covoring the ginormous blush across her cheeks.

"I just gotta stay calm..."

~next day at practice~

Nozomi POV:

Kuroo texted me non stop til I finally said yes , I gave in... I didnt want to but since im a good friend I might as well..

"Nozomi! Cmere!" Inuoka said with the brightest-yet-cheeky smile..

"Whats up" "I heard ya going on a date with ke-" I quickly covored his mouth with my hand and gave him that 'Does anyone else know? Cus if they do the whole team is dead' kind of look.

I just tried to avoid kenma the whole day that day... it was merely impossible cause whenever I got at least 5 feet near him I could hear people going "OOooOoOooOooooo"

3rd person POV:

"Nozom-" Kenma was cut off by the girl dashing in the other direction. The whole entire team knew cause Kuroo blabbed his damn mouth. He made up this fake date to get Kenma and Nozomi together.
