"Soonyoung! Please stop and talk to me. I just.... its okay if you doesn't want to admit that I'm your childhood friend but please accept this gift" Jihoon said while holding Soonyoung's arm.

"Get away from me and I don't want to see your face again" Soonyoung said coldly before walking away, leaving Jihoon crying on the ground.

Soonyoung and Jihoon is a childhood friend. They are really close to each other but somehow, people can change.

Jihoon is a broken child. He didn't have a loving parents and always work hard to earn money. People hate him because of his family's background but he never once blame his family.

While Soonyoung is a spoil guy that everyone adore. He have everything he need. Their life is really opposite but somehow, they clicked together when they were a kid.

When they are in their graduation year, everything started to change. Everything started to fall apart. Soonyoung had gained a lot of attention and friends and he started to ignore Jihoon because he said that is is embarrassed to have a friend like Jihoon.

Jihoon keep thinking on what fault had he done before. Why did the world becoming so cruel? Why did this happened at the wrong time? This is the year when he needed Soonyoung the most because life have been more tough on him. But end up with Soonyoung leaving him alone too.

He want to make up for Soonyoung because Soonyoung have gone through the trouble with him for the past year even if Soonyoung already leave him. For him, Soonyoung is still his one and only bestfriend.

He work harder than before to earn more money. When he receive his payment, he spent all of his money to buy Soonyoung a gift which is an album that is full with their picture, a pair of sneakers that Soonyoung had always wanted, a headphone and a bear. He also put one recorder inside the box. He have been recording his feeling and everything that he wanted to say to Soonyoung all this time inside the recorder.

The next day, he stand in front of Soonyoung's house while holding the gift. He is waiting for Soonyoung to come out. He smile widely when he saw Soonyoung open the door but the smile turn into a frown when he see 11 guys walking behind Soonyoung. He gain a confident and approach them.

"S-soonyoung.. Urm, can you, accept this gift. I know that you already rejected it a lot of time but please, just accept it this time and I promise you that I won't disturb you ever again!" Jihoon said and hold out the gift. He wait for a minutes until he feel Soonyoung take the gift from him but before he could smile, Soonyoung suddenly throw the present on the street.

"Why did you do it?" Luckily, there is no car or other transportation use that street.

"Because you look like a beggar and I didn't accept a rubish gift" Soonyoung rolled his eyes making his other friends gasp.

"Soon, it is not kind! He is your childhood friend afterall!" Jihoon know that guy, it is Jeonghan and he look at the other guy nodding, agreeing with Jeonghan.

"It-its okay... Its just a rubbish anyway. I'm sorry Soonyoung for being a burden to you. I really want to thank you for being my bestfriend all this time. No ma-matter what you did, you will always be in my heart Soonie. Thank you and goodbye" Jihoon said before walking to the street, emotionlessly and taking the gift.

He heard a loud honk and a flashlight. He know that he doesn't have a time to run away, so he hold the gift tightly because it is more worthy than his life. He smiled a little bit because he heard Soonyoung shout his name.

And then, the loud noice that is produce by the accident happened. Soonyoung couldn't believe what he just saw. A car that is driven fast, hit on Jihoon and Jihoon is rolling on the floor with a blood pooling around him but he still hold onto the gift.

"LEE JIHOOOON!!!" Soonyoung cried and run toward Jihoon.

"CALL THE AMBULANCE!" Mingyu said to the other guy in a panick voice.

"Jihoon, I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. I do this because I feel scared that people won't befriend with me if they know that you are my best friend. Jihoon I'm a fool. I'm so selfish that I didn't even think about you! Please don't leave me Jihoon because I-I love you!" Soonyoung confessed between his sobs.

"I lo-love y-you too Soonie" Jihoon said and hold Soonyoung's face before he took his last breath.

"Please open your eyes! JIHOON! JIHOONIE PLEASEEEE!!" Soonyoung cried loudly, didn't care about what people think.

"The ambulance will reach here in 2 minutes" Wonwoo said, trying to controlled his tear.
"Forget about it. He is dead" Seungcheol said making everyone burst in tears. Even though the 11 guy is not Jihoon's friend, they still feel sad for the boy. The accident that occur infront of their eyes make them feel regret. If only they know that today is really the day where Jihoon will said goodbye to the world, they would have been save him but realisation always come after that person leave you.
The street is quiet and the only think that they could heard is Soonyoung's cried.

Soonyoung is back from Jihoon's funeral and he lock himself inside of his bedroom.

He open the present that Jihoon had give to him and tears rolled down on his face once again. He open the recorder with a heavy heart.

"Is this thing already record me now? *laugh*. Hi Soonyoung! I don't know where I am when you watch this. Probably still alive or already dead.

I want you to know that I'm so grateful for having a friend like you! You know I have a tough life and you always by my side.

But these days, you keep on leaving me. I have been struggling to stay alive Soonie. Why did you leave me when my world is shattering? But I didn't blame you. Never! And don't you dare to blame yourself!

Its not your fault. If I were you, I would feel shameful too for having a friend like me! I am nothing but a burden. I saw you laughing with your new friends. You were really happy now. I'm happy when you feel happy!

I'm so jealous that you could make friends easily. Why didn't you accept my gift? I work hard to earn money because I want to buy you a high quality gifts. You are more important than my life.

Did you see the album yet? I miss us when we were in the childhood. We were so carefree from all of the problems. Why did we have to grow up? If only I could turn back times. Did you got the sneakers too? When we went out, you always complaining to me that your parents doesn't want to buy you that sneakers, so I buyed it for you. Did it fit you well?

Soonyoung, despite everything bad that you have done to me, I still see you as my best friend. I love you. I really do. But I know that it is one-sided. I'm happy as long as we still stayed as a friend. You will always be in my heart, Kwon Soonyoung.

By now, Soonyoung is a crying mess. His life is not worthy anymore because everyday and everynight, he keep on regretting his mistake. He keep on missing Jihoon. If only I could turn back time, I will cherish Jihoon until I die.

But realisation and regret always come after that person leave you.
