As Jeremy and Michael write their names on the poster, they share a fist bump and a smile. "Dude I cant believe we actually went through with this!" Michael said sarcastically as he smirked under his breath. Jeremy smiled, "Cmon dude, you know we're doing it for Christine!" Michael's smile turned quickly into a frown. "I'm not doing this for Christine..." Michael looked at the floor, his face flushed with red. "I-I'm doing this for..." suddenly the bell rang, ending their lunch period. Jeremy quickly grabbed his things and darted off to class. "Bye Michael!" He yelled while running. But, Michael stood their at the poster alone. Michael looked at the floor, "...you." He finished his sentence and walked to class.

It was 6th period, the day was nearly over. Michael and Jeremy had 6th period together. They shared English Language Arts (ELA). Michael hated ELA. He never got to write essays about what he wanted to just because the teacher said, "Games aren't an appropriate topic to write an essay on." Sure he thinks game are childish, but they're a Rated R movie in Michael's eyes. Blood, Gore, Romance, Justice, Victory, games were the perfect topic! On the other hand, Jeremy loved ELA! Actually, he was quite passionate about it. He loved writing and researching on interesting topics. That's why Jeremy and Michael made such a good team. The opposites balance out. But, they were working on their project. The Rules of Grammar isn't exactly an interesting topic to work on, but Jeremy enjoyed it because his best friend was by his side the whole time. "But that's all I'll ever be to him.." Michael thought, "Just friends. Nothing less...nothing more." Michael grieved quietly beside Jeremy, hiding his face from what might be the truth. No one wants to face that.

After 6th period, the teacher in 7th period gave them a break after class to go grab snacks and play on their phones. The teacher was usually a pretty chill woman. And, she was quite attractive compared to the others. Though they are in high school, the boys flirted, and flirted, and flirted. She was single, which the boys thought was he best part about her being attractive. The teacher usually lays back in her chair and assigns easy homework, but sometimes if the class is lucky enough, she'll play a video or like what she did today, give them a break to relax.  So, as planned, Michael and Jeremy hung out together and grabbed some chips and Mountain Dew from the vending machines. When they went back to class, they watched people play video games on YouTube. They watched games such as Undertale, Super Smash Bros, Five Nights at Freddy's, Hello Neighbor, and other games. Most were in the beta stage though, but that's what made them more interesting to watch. While they were watching, Michael got a bit tired. So, he rested his head on Jeremy's thin shoulders. He was warm, soft, and all around comfy. Michael enjoyed it. And secretly, So did Jeremy.

But, it wasn't long until the bell rang once more. It was time to head home. But  Michael didn't want 7th period to end. He wanted it to last forever. He wanted the moment to take place in his bedroom. Both of them would be shirtless, Michael could rest his head on Jeremy's chest. It would've been amazing and magical! Maybe things would escalate even further... Michael thought scandalously. Before he knew it, his mind was filled with lemon imaginings, and shirtless Jeremys. He enjoyed it. No, he enjoyed it a lot!

Michael took the bus home that day. He decided that time to think to himself would be very helpful. He could think about him and Jeremy and try not to get too excited. Michael put his headphones on his head and listened to Bob Marley. He hummed along to the tunes. Michael knew nearly every song expect two or three. He wanted to memorize each tune and bass in every song. He wanted the beat to ring through his head till he got a migraine. He wanted to learn Marley's songs. He needed to learn the songs.  Michael yearned for something interesting to tell Jeremy tomorrow. He figured Marley would be good enough. But, just Michael saying "Hi" was good enough for Jeremy. But he knew Michael would never understand. But boy did he want him to..
