Sorry for being M.I.A. for a while ._.

You and Ashton had been dating for a couple years now, and you were happier than ever. Well, not recently. Recently Ashton had been calling/texting/Skyping you less and less since he'd been on tour, and he never even seemed excited to talk to you when he did. "I've just been busy babe." he would say, acting like it was no big deal. But it was. The day he was supposed to come back from tour, you were woken up by his ringtone. You eagerly answered it,"Hi babe!"

"Hi..." he said without his usual sunshine-like tone.

"What's wrong Ash?" you asked, your smile instantly dropping into a frown.

"I'm not coming home yet, the tour's been extended." he said glumly. "I'm really sorry, I was hoping to be home for our anniversary but I won't be."

"What?" you said with disbelief, tears pooling in your eyes.

"I know, I'm so sorry (Y/N). I miss you so so so much and I love you." he murmured. "I have to go, but I'll Skype you after the show, I miss your beautiful face." he said and hung up. You stare at your phone before dropping it and laying down, curling up under the covers to cry yourself to sleep. You sob for what seems like eternity before falling asleep, your pillow damp from your tears. Later on you're woken up by familiar arms wrapping around your waist, pulling you closer.

"Hi princess." Ashton whispered in your ear softly. You turned around and pressed your lips to his excitedly, hugging him tightly.

"Ash! You said you weren't coming home!"

He laughed and kissed you over and over. "I wanted to surprise you so I lied. I missed you so much." You laid your head on his chest and sighed with content.

"I love you."

"I love you too darling."
