"Baby can you move it round the rhythm
So we can get with 'em
To the ground and get us a rock and roll round
Just a downtown body body coming with a super-hottie
Let's go, yes, no, hell no
Baby can you move it round the rhythm
'Cause you know we're living in the fast lane, speed up
It ain't no game, just turn up all the beams when I come up on the scene"-Lone Digger, Caravan Palace

Night has fallen over the land in its shadowy embrace. The moon was nothing more but a Cheshire grin illuminating the paths for the little freaks and frights running around door to door "Trick or Treating" for their riches of candy. Some being cute and innocent as their disguise for the evening while others becoming their inner demons; howling and growling in their sugar crazed state.
There were young adults among the sea of little monsters, escorting their young ones around the block as if becoming bodyguards. For around them they saw teenagers that ran in packs terrorizing many while others went to hoarding the free candy in their backpacks like Dragons with jewels. Once they receive more of the sweet treasure they rush to the next house, skateboards under their feet as if flying over the sidewalk.
A few skated past the plumber duo as they made their way up the concrete hill.
Behind them was the last house having a party outside their front porch knowing too well that wasn't the Blue Skull's party they seek. Loud adults and drunken teachers waved from the railings as some slouched over the wooden barrier to get a better look of the on goers below. Many played the guessing game and would squeal with delight when they reveal the person underneath. No matter if you're going full out or just trying to change your voice the adults still know who you are, there was no hiding from their peering eyes.
Screams of different soul and emotion engulfed the air in its twisted song that was frightening yet pleasing to the ears. Either it be the laughter of the dragons or the happy squeals of the little Trick or Treaters.
The street lamps flickered above as they strode by; the Jack-o-Lanterns that sat on the sidewalk's edge would laugh and gawk at the wondering two. Once their shadows started to move without command they quicken their pace.
With flyer in hand they search among their surroundings. The only directions were to search for the skull marking the entrance to the hidden party. Simple, right? It would be if it weren't for one problem; the only blue skulls they seen tonight were the ones in people's yards and the ones masking the children. None in correlation to the party.
"Miniladd, are we lost again?" The one whined, his green hat falling to the side and covering most of his vision.
"Evan, trust me I know where to go." Mini said reassuring. He tucked the flyer in his Mario overalls and patted the front pocket it was in. "Also it was all you wanting to stay back with me, I told you to go with Lui."
Evan was fixing his oversized hat, "Nah man it's Goo-Ah-d!" He nearly ran into the lamppost. With quick reflects he avoided it and hopped back next to his friend. Mini was too busy with his surroundings to notice the almost collision.
They were quiet for a minute as both continued looking down the streets and alleyways. If it's a rule free party they were pretty sure it wouldn't be right in the opening where anyone could just walk in, invited or not. The more they looked the higher Evan's anxiety grew. He spotted another kid with a painted skull mask but knew better not to even bother asking. He learned his lesson from the last three.
