Well here I am with yet another One Direction Imagine! And I got help yet again with the prompt. I'm never good with those so I usually ask for ideas or something. 😓

Anyway, much thanks to my dear friend for helping me with this! Love you, girl! 😘

Prompt: They were good childhood friends and she always had a crush on him but never said anything. He comes back to visits and wants to see her! She is upset because it kills her that they aren't together and then he admits that he always likes her. That's why he wanted to see her because being away made him realize that they were perfect together.

I sighed as I walked out of McDonalds with my Chocolate Chip Frappé. Today would mark two months that he left, left to go on tour and live his dream. I mean don't get me wrong, I'm proud of him and all but I miss him so much. We use to do everything together and now he's on tour while I'm stuck here living a boring life.

I'm guessing you have no clue who I'm talking about, right? Well, I'm talking about none other than Liam James Payne, my bestfriend since birth. He was born a day before me and when our parents found out, they were like bestfriends which resulted in Liam and I being bestfriends. He was always there for me, through thick and thin. He was the reason I got over my stage fright actually and now I'm making youtube videos almost every week.

I also have a huge crush on him since seventh grade. I mean, he was my first kiss and I was his but that was when we were six and we didn't really understand much then but once seventh grade started, I started to have feelings of more then a friend for him and I knew he would never feel the same about me. And how can he now? He's probably forgotten who I am. Being around beautiful fans and having them screaming his name, how can he remember me with all that?

I sighed again as I adjusted my coat to keep the winter air out. It seems I'm the only crazy person would risk going out in this weather just for a Frappé. Can you blame me though? I mean these things are really good! Even if its an iced coffee thing.

I took a sip of my frappé as I walked passed the park before I stopped and stared at it, memories coming back from when Liam and I use to play here. He also always found me here whenever I was upset and wanted to be alone. He was always protective of me and worried whenever I got upset or made fun of.

I walked into the park and over to the swings, smiling as I sat down on one of the swings. I haven't been here in ages and it still made me think that Liam was just going to show up and give me one of his warm hugs. And believe me, I could go for a warm hug right about now.

I rocked back and farther on the swing, finishing my frappé (it was a small after all) and looking up at the sky. "It looks so beautiful today," a voice said behind me.

"Yeah it really does, doesn't it?" I mumbled, sighing and looking down at the snow covered ground.

"Something wrong, love?"

"No. Just missing someone is all," I threw my cup in the trash can and smiled slightly when I made it in.

"Does this someone happen to be in a band with a freakishly handsome face and sexy accent?"

"May--Hey, wait a minute. How do you know..." I slowly turned around to find Liam standing there with a goofy smile on his face. "Liam!" I jumled up and hugged him. "Oh god, I missed you so much."

"I missed you, too, Courtney," he mumbled into my hair, kissing my forehead. "I stopped by your house earlier only to find out you went to McDonalds for a frappé in the middle of the winter. When I didn't find you there, I decided to check here. I guess I found you."

I giggled and nodded. "I guess so. I'm surprised that your here. I mean I knew that you were taking a week break but I thought you were going to be spending it with Danielle," I said, feeling a part of me break as I mentioned her name.

"Well, that would be just weird considering we haven't been dating for a week now," he said, sighing. "I broke up with her because I didn't love her like I use to and I love someone else."

I smiled inwardly but still felt broken as he mentioned that. "Really? Who is the lucky girl this time? Sophia?"

He quickly shook his head and chuckled.

"Good because you could do so much better than her."

"I think I already have." He leaned his forehead on mine, making me look up ino his puppy brown eyes. "The thing is I didn't realize that I already had until I left for tour and while on tour...I realized that we were perfect for each other. But the thing is, I don't know if she feels the same about me," he mumbled, his breathe hitting my lips.

"Well, if you wanna know so bad, why don't you find out? What's the worst that can happen?"

"What if she doesn't feel the same about me?"

"Who wouldn't feel the same about you? You're Liam fucking Payne! Besides, you never know unless you try, right?"

He smiled and nodded slightly. "Well then, here goes nothing."

Before I could question him, his lips were on mine and I was kissing him back. It felt like lightning was between us and qith the way our lips moved together it was like we were meant to be.

He pulled back all too soon and smiled. "Will you be my girlfriend, Court?"

"I would have to be crazy to say no."

And with that I pulled him into another kiss while it started snowing above us but we didn't move. We enjoyed each others warmth and I'm glad for that.
