Once upon a time,
There was a girl.
She was normal like others.
But she longed for magic.
As for she did believe,
Her cherished dreams
Would become alive;
She was fragile
In her emotions.
But strong within.
No one ever noticed
the sparks in her.
She liked walking,
Walking like a fairy.
Feets tip-toed.
Her white attire.
Skirt sheeted with sheer.
A pendent, the one and only
That dagger shaped
On her neck, enlightened
her beauty with.
She imagined herself
walking along the banks.
Holding a flying lantern,
At the 3 AM moonbeams
Releasing it in memory
of the bygones.
Her feets on earth.
Her mind heavenized.
But she wept.
Wept through her
beautific smile.
For no one ever asked
Will you be my
Fairy-on-Earth?
But she smiled indeed;
Was it in vain?
Her longings for magic
Never stopped.
Once someone told,
Her voice is enchanting.
Then she start singing,
But nobody heard her song.
She hated the rain,
But loved its sound.
For it is a song
for nature.
She dwells in it.
Now that she imagines
and wonders,
Does that girl ever existed?
There was,
Once upon a time
A Normal girl.
Who longed for magic.
