Chapter 20

It was a Friday, both Junhui and Minghao were having an off day as it was a public holiday.

They were just sitting on the couch in Junhui's place, watching a show they both didn't actually bother to listen.

"Hey Junnie,"

"Yes Hao?"

"Wanna go to the amusement park?" Minghao asked.

"Sure, today has been pretty boring already. Go get ready." Junhui smiled and Minghao nodded.

It was been 5 months since they have been dating, Minghao brought some of his stuff to Junhui's place but mostly just his boxers and pants.

He would always like to use Junhui's oversize hoodies, shirts and sweaters.

Once they both were ready, they used the bus to go to the amusement park.

"You know, we're wearing the same outfit we wore on our first date." Minghao said and Junhui blushed as he realised.

"I didn't realised"

"Also you should stick with me," Minghao said

"Why?"

"Because people might flirt with you." Minghao pouted and wrapped his arms around Junhui protectively.

Junhui couldn't help but blush more.

"I-I should be the one saying that, look at you! You look way better and amazing so I have to look out for people looking at you." Junhui said and Minghao blushed this time.

"Idiot." Minghao hit Junhui's shoulder lightly before looking away.

"You started it first!"

"I did not"

"You did"

"No"

"Yes"

"No"

"Yes"

"No"

"Yes"

"No"

"No"

"Yes-" Minghao paused as he realised what Junhui just did.

"I hate you!"

"No you love me" Junhui stuck his tongue out.

They continued to playfully argue until they reached their destination.

They got off and walked to the amusement park which was pretty close from where they were. They bought their tickets and went in.

There was a ride that caught Minghao's eyes which was a roller coaster that had many loops.

He looked at Junhui and Junhui had the same exact idea as his. They both grinned widely and ran to the ride.

"I'm so excited!" Minghao said with happiness inside his eyes.

Junhui nodded excitedly. "Me too!"

The ride finally started to move, making both of them more excited. They we're going really high up before sending them down fast.

They both got down from the ride pretty happy.

"Look at your face!" Minghao said pointing at the screen laughing.

Junhui's eyes were half open while Minghao was having a huge smile with his hands up.

"That's unfair why do I always look like shit while you don't." Junhui pouted.

"But isn't that good?" Minghao said.

"How-"

"Then people won't look at you or flirt with you and that's good for me."

Junhui facepalmed himself at Minghao before sighing.

"I'm done with you."

"No you're not, you love me too much." Minghao said confidently.

"Oh my is that a cute guy right there?" Junhui said pretending to look around.

Minghao pouted before punching Junhui. "You're only supposed to look at me idiot."

"Of course I do." Junhui chuckled before hugging Minghao.

"Hey let's go on that one!" Minghao suddenly said pointing at a taller and scarier ride.

Junhui gulped before nodding. He wasn't usually scared of rides but this one did. He looked at Minghao who was unfazed by how scary it looks and he looked excited.

They waited in line until it was their turn.

"A-are you sure this is a good idea?" Junhui asked shakily.

"Aw come on Junhui! We just rode a ride kinda like this tall just now."

"Yeah but this one seems scarier."

"It's okay if you're scared you can hold my hand." Minghao smiled.

Junhui nodded and soon the ride started to move. Junhui screamed a bit before having a blast.

It wasn't scary after all. While on the other hand, Minghao started to get scared. He thought that it would be alright but he was wrong.

It stopped mid air and all Minghao could let out was a scared "ehehe"

"This is fun Hao!" Junhui said before looking over to Minghao.

"Aw are you scared~?" Junhui said.

"Shut it Junhui" Minghao said having his hands over his eyes.

"Don't look down okay." Junhui said.

"High five,"

"Not now Junhui"

"High five!" Junhui said and Minghao just quickly gave him a high five before placing his hand back where it was.

Junhui laughed at how cute Minghao was and ruffled his hair a bit.

"I love my mum, dad, brother and I love you the most." Junhui said out of nowhere before they went back down.

Minghao was laughing a bit at Junhui's sudden confession but he couldn't help but blush a bit at it.

They continued to play other rides and games before leaving the amusement park.

They walked to the bus stop with their fingers intertwined. Minghao laid his head against Junhui's shoulder.

"Today was fun" Junhui said.

The sun was setting as they we're waiting for the bus stop.

"Yeah too bad that we couldn't ride the Ferris wheel."

"Yeah the line was too long."

"It's okay though we can just go another right?" Minghao asked looking at Junhui.

Junhui nodded and pressed his forehead against Minghao's.

"Definitely" Junhui closed the gap between them and presses his lips against Minghao's.

"I love you, you're the best thing that happened to me." Minghao said hugging Junhui.

"You said the words out of my mouth too." Junhui smiled and hugged Minghao back.

The bus soon came and they both went back to Junhui's place cause Minghao basically kinda lived there already too.
