For him: Michael because you know he hates it, or Mikey and if you call him this you almost 100% have your way
For you: hunny because he finds you sweet and you find it cringe but it's cute so, or love, he never calls you by your names

Dustin -
For him: dusty because everyone else calls him it and it's cute, or to get his attention you shout OI really loud
For you: it's always gonna be baby. No matter what

Lucas -
For him: luke, simple but affective or curly, cause you think his hair suits him curly
For you: just like dustins he sticks to simple ones like babe, love etc.

Will -
For him: zombie boy, even though everyone else calls him it, you try and make him forget they call him it so use it in a positive way, trying to make him sound amazing that he's been somewhere else, and other times it's just will
For you: he likes odd names like "lil cat" or the start letter of your name of your name. ( E.G - "oh L"
Eleven -
For her: baby or angel. You adore her and want to keep her by your side so cute nicknames are a must.
For you: she doesn't really do nicknames, she just shortens your name if it's necessary

Max -
For her: obviously mad max. Whenever and however the perfect situation comes up that's your go to nickname
For you: anything, whatever she can think off. It can be as random as "Oi, flower" to "um bee, what are you doing?"

Nancy -
For her: depending on the situation. As a joke psycho but usually it's the normal babe, baby..
For you: Just like el it's just short simple things, she doesn't over think

Johnathan -
For him - john-no-fang (anyone seen hotel Transylvania?!) or sweetie
For you - gorgeous, and because one year for Halloween you dressed as a pumpkin, he calls you pumpkin

Steve -
For him - stevie wonder, it's so simple but you love it
For you - "wassup trouble" or MC. Y/N
