The waves of space crashing
Pulling us apart
They don't make it easy do they?
How cold can you be?
Could you destroy someone like me
So... Effortlessly?
Naked
Freezing
All of that
Just cause you wanted me kneeling.
My own shadow
Wasn't as close by as you were
But now here I am
Being washed away by your rain
Without a care
I can see it
I can hear it
Can you?
An obligation had you
Keep me close
Treat me like rose
But the blood in your veins
So dark, so cruel, so vicious
Couldn't let you break these chains
I scream
And even the walls talk back to me
It seems like
Every eye around
Is blind
Why can't anyone
Read my mind
Oh, dear
I'm sure that you'd cry
See the scars?
I don't
My green eyes
My yellow skin
My blue soul
And my hidden, unfathomable, red bleeding heart...
