Jesse: Well I came to check to see how my girlfriend was going and to tell you something when I saw you kissing that idiot over there (points to Finn)
Rachel: HEY! DON'T CALL HIM THAT. I AM NOT YOUR GIRLFRIEND ANYMORE AND I'M GLAD THAT YOU AREN'T BECAUSE I HAVE FINALLY FOUND SOMEONE WHO CARES FOR ME AND LOOKS AFTER ME UNLIKE YOU. SO I SUGGEST YOU LEAVE MY FRONT YARD RIGHT NOW UNLESS YOU WANT ME TO CALL THE COPS AND TELL THEM EXACTLY WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO ME!
Jesse: Oh my dear Rachel you can't do that because the fact is that I have moved back here and I plan on making you happier than what Hudson does.
Finn: THAT'S IT! I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF YOU HURTING RACHEL. WHAT HAS SHE EVER DONE TO YOU BESIDES BEING LOYAL AND DOING WHAT YOU SAY. (about to punch him in the face when he hears sirens and sees a cop car)
Police Man: Jesse St . James you are under arrest for sexual abuse
Jesee: WAIT WHAT!!
Just then Quinn and Santana come out of the house

Rachel: goodbye Jesse, I hope you get what you deserve

Poilce Man 2: Rachel will it be a pain for you to come in next month for Jesse's trial?
Rachel: no not at all
PM2: okay we will be in touch.
After the cops leave
Puck: well I don't know about any of you but I'm not in the mood for a celebration anymore
Sam: Wow! this coming from the party guy himself. But I think he's right I don't I want to either. Rachel what do think it is your house after all
Rachel: Tell everyone to go home please (goes inside and then upstairs to her bedroom)
Santana: is it just me or is she more upset then she was when Jesse was still here
Finn: let me go talk to her. Can you guys get the rest of them to leave. I think Rach needs a quiet night
Quinn: no problem Finn we will get out of your hair. You will tell us if there is anything wrong won't you
Finn: of course I will. see you tomorrow guys
All: bye Finn

Rachel: (on her bed with her legs tucked up under her chin)
Finn: (knocks on the door) Rach, you in there?
Rachel: yeah
Finn: (opens the door) Hey, are you okay
Rachel: yeah why wouldn't I be (fake smiles)
Finn: (sits in front of her) Rach, I have know you for ages I can tell when you are lying to me just tell me what's wrong
Rachel: (sighs) I just fell that even though Jesse is locked up he can still somehow come in and destroy what matters to me the most (starts to cry)
Finn: hey, hey he is nit going to hurt you I promise you will be safe
Rachel: Finn.... It's not me who needs to be safe it's you
Finn: Rachel I can take care of myself
Rachel: no Finn let me take care of you please you have been there for ne through everything and I want to repay you
Finn: Rachel you dont have to...(gets cut off)
Rachel: Finn...
Finn: Rachel... shut up and let me take care of you like I'm suppose to okay?
Rachel: (looks away from him)
Finn: Rachel okay?
Rachel: (still doesn't look at him)
Finn: (sighs) you asked for it (starts tickling her)
Rachel: Okay! (while laughing her head off)
Finn: okay? (keeps tickling her)
Rachel: yes okay
Finn: (stops tickling her and kisses her)
Rachel: (kisses back)
Finn: (pulls away) you okay now
Rachel: yeah (yawns)
Finn: aww is my little Rachie tired?
Rachel: yes as a matter of fact
Finn: (holds his arms out) Well come on then
Rachel: (falls into his arms) I love you Finn
Finn: I love you to Rach (kisses he forehead)
They both soon fall asleep
