Jake's POV
I heard the crack of a jaw. I had just swung my last punch before the time was out. Hi my name is Jake Johnson, some call me JJ. I'm the aplha's son, my birthday is in 7 months. That's when i will be crowned alpha. I'm hoping i'll find my mate by then. As i stood off the ground I helped the other wolf up. I trained with most wolves in the pack. With me having alpha blood in me i was already a good warrior but my momś side of the family is a very strong pack so i have it in good for me. I want to be the strongest so i can protect my pack, and my family. I want to be an amazing warrior and be able to train my sonś so they can lead the pack with pride and strength.
¨That was a good round Jake. My beta Luke said.
¨I could have done better¨ I say as i through my shirt over my shoulder We went inside, to the smell of bacon. My mom had been cooking to try different foods for our annual fall festival. It's where all of the wolves in our pack come together to eat food, play games, train, dance, you know a normal type of festival. But were werewolves so it's a little different. Plus, our pack is huge, we are the blood moon pack. 1 of the largest pack's in the world, so that's a lot of food. And werewolves eat a lot more than a normal human being. So, most of the women in our pack get together a few weeks before the festival and begin to try new foods to have. And they just try to make a list of everything they need. You should see people at the market when they go in there to get the food. But, it's okay because the manager is a werewolf so he had extra shipments come in right before the festival.
"Hey baby. How was today's training" Samantha my mother said. I shook my head in an 'ehh' way and stole a piece of bacon as i kissed her cheek good morning. I looked at the clock and saw it was already 5:45, at that ran up the stairs to my room to shower before school. It was the 1st day of my senior year.
