" So, I am guessing you like Jin now?"
Hoseok said casually, not even lifting his eyes from his notebook in which he was scribbling some new lyrics since he also liked to compose songs in his free time.
He was so focused on it that he didn't even notice how his question had caused Yoongi to choke on the coffee he was drinking, coughing violently.
Only then did Hoseok look up, and asked nonchalantly.
" You okay dude?"
" Y-yeah, the coffee was too h-hot."
Yoongi spluttered, trying to catch his breath while wiping the tears that have gathered in the corners of his eyes from how hard he had coughed a few seconds before.
When he had finally calmed down, he scrolled his cell phone, hoping that Hoseok would drop the subject.
No such luck.
" So?"
Hoseok asked, staring at Yoongi.
Yoongi played dumb, saying.
" So what?"
Hoseok rolled his eyes, as he said.
" So do you like Jin now?"
Yoongi had his poker face on as he smoothly said.
" Of course not. I don't even know why you would ask something as ridiculous as that."
His friend frowned, clearly not convinced by his answer, and said.
" Well, lately you haven't been complaining about him, so I guessed that you finally realized how amazing he is."
" I haven't been complaining, because we have to live together, and there is nothing I can do to change it, so there is no point for me to keep nagging about him. End of story. Now, don't you have something better to do than to annoy me?"
Yoongi asked irritated.
Hoseok put a finger on his chin as if in deep thought, and after a few seconds his gaze met Yoongi's, a shit-eating grin on his lips as he said.
" Nope."
" Oh, fuck off."
Yoongi bit back, and started walking away from his irksome friend, and his even more annoying shrill laughter.
How amazing Jin is?
Amazing, my ass, Yoongi grumbled while taking large steps towards his dorm room.
He didn't find it so amazing that Jin had purposely woke him up with his meowing in the past few days.
And it wasn't even because he was a cat!
He would just stand in front of Yoongi's door, making meowing sounds until he would wake Yoongi up, and then dash towards the front door, running off to his lecture like the coward he was.
And how did Yoongi know this?
Well, because, this morning he had woken up earlier than usual to take a piss, and when he walked into the living room he caught Jin in the act.
Of course, he was so pissed off and flabbergasted that he practically started growling at the cat-boy who got so startled that all of the colour left his face at that moment.
Yoongi ran towards him, seriously ready to kill him once and for all, but of course, having woken up so early, without having his coffee to snap him out of his morning zombie-like state, he managed to stub his toe on the edge of the sofa, cursing loudly and falling to the floor while his roommate laughed, and used that as his chance to escape.
