Chapter 5: Power Unleashed

After eating.. Erin and I went out to escape the people's rational business about insecurities and stuff..

But when she heard that one of the person inside the restaurant said something in their mind "what a dumbass, how pathetic can they be?"

With Erin's Psychic powers not only she can read minds she also unleashed a new power of telekinesis..

The thought of her being so angry she shouted "WHO SAID THAT?!" and made everything in the restaurant float in mid-air and made them fall to the ground. Causing injuries and slight casualties to people, including children.

She was then shocked about what Happened.. Even I was dumbfounded.

A person then in the restaurant with casualties pointed Erin and said "THE DEVIL!"

Erin cried and while everyone was shouting she then shouted "SHUT UP!" Then she made everyone fall asleep to the ground.

Erin and I ran away from the restaurant..

And never came back..

The next day, we talked about what happened.. I asked her if she have done that type of thing before? She answered "no"

I kept on talking and talking but she just ignores me.. I made her lay in bed and told her that everything will be okay..

Then she looked at me in the eyes and said "John? Do you think i'm a bad person?"

"No you're not! In fact you're the most modest and beautiful girl i've ever met.. what happened earlier was not your fault.. don't blame yourself for what happened. Okay? I love you.. now go to bed and tomorrow morning i'm gonna be making some breakfast" I said.

Then she said "thank you John, for always staying by my side... I love you too.."

The next morning.. you've guessed it.
I made Bacon and Eggs with Toasted Butter and Bread. Also i'm not gonna be making breakfast without a nice freshly made natural orange juice.

I woke Erin up to eat her breakfast.. i'm glad I could see her smiling face again. And hear that sweet laughter.

After the Breakfast I then asked her If she would like to come with me at my Company to see my Books I made just for her she said "Okay! Lemme just get my hair done."

For me she doesn't need make up.. she looks perfect just the way she is.

Then we went to my Company which is the Nicholas Printing Press Co. where famous Novel Writers gets there Books published there.

As We enter the room Erin was astonished by what she saw.. as if she was inside a museum full of books or the Capital of the Library..

I then grabbed a copy of what I wrote to her which is "Finding Erin Penelope"
And she just laughed at my work.. I wasn't mad or anything in fact I was Happy to see her Look Happy..

And as you all know I'm the owner of the company so I announced to the whole team member of my Company that I found the one that i've been looking for..

But people.. weren't surprised.. until then I realized I wrote in the book that she has Psychic Powers..

Everyone was confused.. Erin can hear the word from the people's mind saying "is she really a psychic?", "can she really read minds?", "is she reading my mind now."

I looked at Erin and told her not to panic.. But Erin smiled and said..
"Hey everyone.. as you all know that I am the real Erin Penelope, John Nicholas was looking for.. and being a Psychic is not literally a Psychic! It is just a Metaphor.. it means that I always know what John wants.. " Then all of the people were full of laughter even Erin Laughed..

I was surprised that she pulled that through without the Anxiety and stuff.. I knew that She could make it.

But one night...

While we were sleeping I heard Erin was talking while she was asleep..
I thought she was only having a nightmare.. but then she began shouting that all of the lights were flickering and all of the things around us were shaking as if there was an earthquake..

I woke her up to see if she is okay.. but then I see that she was crying.. I asked her what happened and she said "I can't handle the pain.. I can't sleep.. I've had enough"

and I said "enough of what?" Then she said "i'm tired of hearing other peoples troubles such as having trouble financially.. even a broken relationship.. sometimes I think of the same for the two of us.."

And I was shocked about what she said and I said "Babe, nothings wrong with our relationship, you're just being irrational that's all.."

Then she began answering "I knew you were lying! You never loved me...! You just can't handle me could you?!"

Then I said "Stop talking Nonsense!"

She then suddenly used her telepathic powers and began strangling me to death.. while I was floating in the air..
She then flew near me and placed her palm at my forehead and said "I will always love you John.. Hope you'll still remember me!"

Then suddenly all I remember was I passed out..

And that the next morning I woke up in bed without any scratches or anything..

I tried looking for Erin.. I asked my Co-workers and said "are you still looking for the girl in the book that you wrote?" And I was like "I just brought her yesterday here" and everyone said the exact same thing that "you just announced  that you're gonna give us Bonus yesterday"

I was losing my mind "did she just erased my mind", "what's happening?", "am I insane?"

I tried going back to the restaurant where she made a mess but the owner of the restaurant said "you went here yesterday drunk as an asshole.. that you made a freaking mess!!!"

I tried going back to my hometown.. and asked my family.. if I brought a girl home? And they were like "you never brought a single Girl on our house honey.."

Then I just remembered that they took a picture of us back then.. they even brought a picture of the last day I went home.. and they said the only pic they took of me was this..
