The Alien Chief was deeply indebted to Indiana Jones and Mutt Williams for the return of the skull.  The Alien Chief begins to show Indy and Mutt his spaceship and invites them for a ride.  The spaceship travels at the speed of light to distant worlds.  Mutt and Indy see unbelievable places that no human has ever seen before.  Some of the places were good and some of the places were bad.  The places they saw were full of other species of aliens.  They saw some aliens helping each other and aliens fighting each other just like what Mutt and Indy see on earth.  Both of them learn a lot by visiting the alien culture and cannot wait to return to planet Earth and share their adventures with their friends.

After a year of hard traveling with the aliens, they finally return to earth full of brand new knowledge.  Indy now finds it difficult to return to his normal life before the alien encounter even began.  Indy was overwelmed by the questions asked by the CIA.  Indy and Mutt were even accused of being Russian spies.  The two of them struggled to fit back into society after their near death experience retrieving the crystal skull, freeing the kidnapped people, and becoming friends with the aliens.  Some of their friends did not even believe Indy's stories.  Indy really wished his own father could have been on the adventure with them.  He sure could have used his help.  "All I wanted was for my own dad to be proud of me and the work I do.  I hope he knows how much he inspired me before he passed away," said Indy.  Mutt replied, "I think he does."

It wasn't long until a famous book publisher heard about the space tales of Indy and Mutt and wanted to write a book about them.  Now Indy would have a chance to share the knowledge given to them by the alien chief.  While writing the book, Indy was able to explain his knowledge from the Alien Chief.  He knew information about technology and space travel that many scientists on the earth could not figure out.  With his experience on the alien ship Indy was able to tell scientists and engineers valuble information that led to the space age on Earth.  In the book, Indy also tells his story of how the alien cultures grew their food and their farming technology.  Thanks to Indiana Jones and Mutt Williams, the citizens of the earth could enjoy a new era of prosperity.  The people who had been kidnapped by the aliens slowly recovered from their experience and found Indy and Mutt.  They came to say thank you to the heroes for their bravery and sacrifice.  It wasn't long until Indy and Mutt were tired of all the attention and excitement they recieved from their alien adventure.  Mutt decided to go to college and be an engineer and work on spaceships himself.  Indiana Jones finally decided to return to his modest house and go back to teaching at the university.  Suddenly, his life became very quiet and ordinary.  He enjoyed being at home and reading books and grading student's assignments and helping young archaeology students.  Indy would occasionally go to visit Mutt and try to be a good dad.  They would reminisce about their adventure and wondered what happened to the Alien Chief.  "I wonder if we will ever see the Alien Chief again," said Mutt.  "Not likely.  He got his treasure and has no reason to return to Earth," said Indiana.  Their lives continued about the same for another year.  Indy decided to get a new best friend, a little lab puppy that he planned to take on his next adventure.  The puppy was named Charlie and he became Indy's companion.

One night Indy was awakened when Charlie was barking furiously.  There were bright lights everywhere and Indy was blinded by them and could not see anything.  He could feel the ground shaking and rumbling.  When he stepped outside, he could smell something strange and saw a tall, shadowy figure in the distance.  "Who's out there?" shouted Indy.  The figure moved closer to him.  Just as Charlie ran out to save Indy, he realized it was the Alien Chief.  "I can't believe it!  What are you doing here?" said Indy.  The Alien Chief waved to Indy and motioned for him to board the ship.  "Well Charlie, lets go on an adventure!"
