I hate halloween I never go out I never eat candy I never dress up because I hate halloween. This year I'm supposed to hand out candy to little kids who think it's fun to get belly aches and throw up their guts I was not excited about the events planned I just wanted to watch movies and hide in my room. I hate halloween because when I was 5 my dad would take me out and he did so until I was 10 but then all of a sudden he died and I have hated halloween ever since. My dad was my comfort he was my rock and now he's gone. So I hate halloween and I hate dressing up.

~Later when Jaeden is passing out candy~

My doorbell rang and I went to open the door and to my surprise I saw a boy about my age in a bear onesie with what seemed to be his little sister dressed in the same onesie but smaller. They were cute I asked "what are you dressed as sweetie?" "I'm a bear just like my Wywy" the little girl said "well here ya go cuties" I said putting candy into her bucket "Thank you" she replied "Thanks happy Halloween" said the boy with a smile "Hey wait" I said as the two bears turned around "Here happy halloween" I said handing the boy a slip of paper with my number on it. They walked away smiling.

I got a text at about 12 it was random but I was excepting the text.

W~Hey this is the bear from last night

J~Hey I'm Jaeden btw

W~Im Wyatt

J~cool sorry for giving you my number it was probably super weird for you

W~No it's ok I thought you were cute

J~Well you looked cute with your sister as bears

W~Oh yeah she asked me to dress up with her

J~That's sweet

W~you wanna hang out

J~sure where

W~ meet me at the coffee shop called Coffee Bean

J~ Meet you in 10

W~ Sounds good

I got so happy and began to get dressed in jeans and a green sweater with some vans I wanted to look cute but casual. After I got ready I started skating to the coffee shop it was closer and I got scared.When I got there I saw Wyatt sitting in a booth just on his phone.

"Hey there bear" I said

"Oh hey" he replied

"So wanna order"I asked

"Sure want do you want?" he asked

"Green tea but I can get it myself don't worry" I said

"NoNo let this be my treat" he argued

"Ok" I said with a blush

Wyatt walked away and I took that time to look at the way he dressed in ripped jeans and ghostbusters shirt it was cute. He soon got back with our drinks and we had small conversation about ourselves and then he said he'd walk me home. So we left and about 15 minutes later we arrived at my house.

"Thanks for the tea and walking me home" I told him

"It was my pleasure" he replied

"See ya later bear" I said kissing his cheek and walking away

"Bye" he said

Maybe halloween isn't so bad after all.
