Chapter 22: small acts of kindness

Hey guys sorry I haven't updated in a while but wow! 45k reads holy shit! Im so damn happy it just blows my mind that so many people would actually be reading this story!! Well here is the new chapter.

My pov:
In the morning I wake up to the smell of eggs can pancakes being cooked from downstairs, I take this chance and take a quick hot shower before getting dressed in dress pants and a white dress shirt with a blazer. I slowly walk down the stairs seeing Parker cooking shirtless as he looks back at me giving me a charming smile, which makes me blush quite quickly. I walk up giving him a long Hug from behind which makes him chuckle affectionately.

"God im so lucky to have you" he mumbles as I look at his hand seeing the bandages still on it.
"Is it doing better?" I ask softly while looking down at his hurt hand he only nods in response not wanting to really worry me to much.

"Breakfast is ready though so go sit down I'll serve you your plate of food" he says softly kissing the top of my head making me smile, noticing the small acts of kindness he does daily.
I sit down next to him as he hands me a plate full of pancakes and eggs giving me a charming smile before digging in i do the same. Enjoying each flavorful bite as he smiles noticing this but doesn't say anything wanting to keep the morning quiet and peaceful.

So we finish our plates of breakfast, he takes my plate washing it off for me. He doesn't need to do all this for me I don't ask him too but he does it anyway, he grabs his wallet and keys guiding me towards his fancy mustang not to much but it suites him. I watch as he walks ahead and opens the door for me.
"Thank you" I smile at him as he nods quickly walking over to his side and starting the car up quickly "where would you like to go to today?" I hear him ask softly." Hmm.. Maybe just a peaceful park " I ask softly and he nods knowing the perfect place to go for us two to relax and enjoy eachothers company.

I smile looking out the side of the car watching the trees and flowers go by noticing how pretty it all really is for the first time.
"You live in a beautiful place I love it.. It's really nice to live outside and in nature" I smile looking at him seeing him crack a small smile while driving towards the park in the middle of the forest. Soon arriving seeing that no one is there, at least that I can't see as he smiles towards me" it's all ours for the day" he purrs softly
