It was a pretty calm day at the mutant underground. I was sitting outside looking at the sky. It was cloudy and looked like it was going to rain. I love the rain. I was sitting on a pillar which I was now laying down on. 'This is beautiful.' I thought as I took a deep breath and sighed. I look over and I see Andy walk out of the building and walk over to me. My heart start beating a bit faster as he got closer. "Hey Cortney. What are you doing out here?" He asks sitting next to me. "Just admiring the weather." I say smiling. I sit up and look over at Andy. He's blushing quite a bit. "Are you ok? Your face is really red." I point at his face and he covers it with his hand. "Uh ya I'm fine." He says. "Well there's actually something I wanted to tell you." He says, clearly nervous. I give him my full attention. He he takes a deep breath and sighs. "I really, really like you Cortney." He says. His face is really red now. I feel my face heat up too and smile. I've had a crush on him ever since we first met. I smile and hug him. He's really surprised but eventually hugs back. "I really like you too Andy." I say and kiss his cheek. His face get really red again and he rubs the back of his neck. I giggle and scoot closer to him. We sit there and admire the scene in front of us.
