Rose sat on the small couch, the Doctors tall figure pushed up against her. A checked blanket was draped over their entwined legs. Rose sighed slightly as the Doctor placed an arm over her shoulder. She smiled and snuggled her head into his soft but toned chest. She felt his fingers twirling her short, blonde hair.
"I love you Doctor" She muttered, muffled in his chest. He kissed her head lightly, and stroked the small of her back with his thumb.
"I know"
