LAUREN'S POV
"You totally got fucked." Dinah's obnoxiously loud voice sounded as I walked up to both her and Camila. I blushed bright red but covered the Polynesian's mouth with my hand. On the side Camila sat laughing as hard as she could, her small body bouncing in her spot because of the force. Dinah quickly moved my hand away from her mouth and pretended to gag. "I don't know where your hand has been. Oh wait, I'm pretty sure I can guess." I rolled my eyes at the two before sitting down with a huff. Dinah smirked in my direction.
"Maybe I was." I admitted, fumbling with my fingers above the table with a blush. Dinah and Camila cheered loudly together causing everyone to look over at us. "Guys stop." I drew out the last word in a whine. When the two stopped doing whatever they were doing they leaned forward in their seats, expecting me to tell them everything. I started from where Y/N had asked me to go to the exhibit with her. As I went on I left out Austin and his friends and also the details of what went on behind closed doors. I even told them about what happened the next morning when I tried to cook breakfast for the teacher. The girls were surprised at that part and I couldn't blame them, because I felt the same exact way once it happened.
"Our Lolo's in love." Camila sang out. Dinah jumped in to join her as the two made an improv song about Y/N and I's love story. People were still looking at us weirdly but I paid no mind to it. I couldn't help but smile and laugh at my best friends who by now had stood up to start dancing. While I was watching with an amused expression on my face I didn't see the figure that stopped by the two. I looked up to see Normani who pointed at the two with a smile on her face.
"Oh." I laughed. "They're just trying to tease and annoy me." I explained to the darker skinned girl who nodded in understanding. We both turned back to watch Dinah and Camila dance but the smaller Cuban froze in her spot once she saw who was stood beside me. When Dinah had realized that Camila stopped dancing with her she stopped and started to question her. When she wasn't answering Dinah finally turned to face Normani and I, her face quickly turning into a smirk.
"Hi Camila." Normani waved. Before anyone could react, the bell had rung to start off the day. Normani started to walk off but she turned back to the three of us, or more specifically Camila. "I'll see you later Mila. You guys too." She addressed Dinah and I before walking until she was out of our sights. We turned to face Camila who looked like a deer caught in headlights. The sight made me laugh lightly as Dinah started to gather her and Camila's stuff so that we could head off to class.
"She knows my name?!" Camila finally snapped out of her daze to squeal loudly. I couldn't help but bust out laughing, Dinah doing the same right after me. "My crush knows I exist?!" The smaller brown eyed girl continued to exclaim. The three of us walked down the hallways to our respected classes but before we split up I felt myself being pushed against a locker. I heard Dinah and Camila's voices cursing whoever did it but when I looked up I saw Austin with his friends pushing Dinah and Camila away.
"Tell anyone what happened a couple nights ago and I'll personally see to your death." Austin threatened in my ear. He pushed my head against the lockers before him and his friends walked away. Dinah and Camila rushed to my side as I cradled my head in my hands with a groan. They tried to comfort me and question me but I was starting to have a panic attack. I could feel my chest tightening as it became harder to breathe. With my back against the lockers I slid down to the floor once my legs couldn't hold me up any longer. I couldn't hear what was going on around me anymore. Before I knew it my head was being lifted up and I met familiar Y/E/C eyes filled with worry. I saw her trying to talk to me but again, I couldn't hear her.
