Mark and John mumbled under their breath when their mother had sent the two to get rid of the gnomes that had littered their small garden. Arthur sat in his chair, legs crossed, watching his brothers do some of the work while he enjoyed the delicious coolness of ice cream. The redness of the paint now completely gone, thanks to whoever had given him the remedy. Arthur told his mother all about his saviour, Cedrella wiped his eyelids once more before the boy was completely free from all paint.
"How come he doesn't have to do work?" Mark asked their mother as he grabbed the glass of water from the tray. The two older boys eyed Arthur as he happily took another spoonful of his ice-cream. He leaned back to his chair and continued to smile.
"Because he wasn't the one who painted his brother with permanent paint."
"We did apologize," John mumbled.
"Let this be a lesson that you two will get something out of." The older brother groaned and went back out to work. "Arthur, come here." Arthur grinned before taking another spoonful of ice cream in his mouth and walked to where Cedrella waited for her youngest.
"Yes?" Cedrella took the small container of ice cream from his hand and replaced it with a mop and a bucket.
"Come on. That room floor better be so clean, I'm slipping."
"Mum." Cedrella pointed to the direction of his room with a smile on her face. "Is this my own punishment for showing off the ice cream to Mark and John?"
"You're correct. Now go before your father comes home from work."
If there was something Cedrella enforced in her home was that the boys helped her out equally around the house. It made her housework load a lot more manageable and the three boys would not be bored all day doing anything. Arthur hummed as he mopped his floor, trying very carefully not to dirty the spots he had cleaned already. It was one of the moments where Arthur wondered how muggles could mop their floors and not get tired. Wouldn't it be easier to if they had a least some Magic to make their lives longer? All the arm movement made Arthur feel very tired after, he wondered if his mother would catch him if he enchanted his mop to move on his own while he sat down to count his savings on his piggy bank for the second time that week. As Arthur reached for his wand and set the mop on the floor, he sat down, trying to remember the spell that his mother would say.
"No magic, Arthur!" His mother exclaimed, making the boy put down his wand in panic. "Almost done?"
"Just a bit more!" Arthur looked at his tiles. "More like give me an entire day." He mumbled as he picked up the mop and continued his chore.

Molly sat next to her mother and carefully watched as Haven continues to demonstrate how to knit correctly. Billius, Fabian and Gideon were running outside, trying to hide from their father as they continued to escape their haircut session.
"You want to try?" Molly nodded and picked up her own knitting needles and listened very carefully to what her mother was instructing her to do. If there was something that the two Prewett women can bond through was their weekly knitting session. Molly loved watching her mother start from nothing to the hat she was wearing or the socks that were waiting for the cold to come back to be put once again. They were the best damn hats and socks that she had worn in her entire life.
"DAD! NO!" Molly looked outside just in time to see that Billius was caught and now levitating.
"Poor Billy." She mumbled and giggled as her brother entered the house looking defeated.
"Come on, boys. To the kitchen."
"Can I watch?" Molly asked, grinning at her father. He just smiled and winked before pulling the three boys from their sleeves. "Mum, I'm going to watch."
"Finish this, and you'll go." Molly nodded, laughing as the screams of her brother for louder and higher. At the time of her finishing a small cloth, Gideon and Fabian were sporting shorter hair. They looked at each other before running towards her and rubbing their hands on their own heads. The small pieces of hair started to rain over Molly, making her furiously grab her knitting needle and running after the twins that have started to run themselves.
"She is going to kill us!"
"Did you put hair on her?!" Their father called out
"FOR FUN!" Molly stopped for a second before listening quietly where they were. She slowly walked towards the boys, as their backs were facing her. Tiptoeing, Molly leaned towards their ear.
"boo." the twins let out a scream before running one again.
"Good Luck boys!"
