Leigh opened her hazel eyes, staring up at her white ceiling and hearing her alarm going off, singing the first verse of the song "505" by Arctic Monkeys. It was the first day of the new school year and she wasn't going to be able to attend due to her and her mom leaving to get more British Pounds.

Her phone vibrates, flashing a blue light to notify her about getting a text message. She extends out her hand, using her thumb to unlock her Samsung Galaxy and seen that she got a message from her boyfriend, Freddie. A soft smile appeared on her lips, reading the message.

I'll miss u at College 2day. Xoxo.

She sent him a text back, wishing him a good day then got another message; this time, it was from Effy.

The list is all set and I'm ready 4 us 2 do some rule breaking.

Leigh sighed, typing out a message that told her not to go through with the plan since she wouldn't be there for the first day. She sent it, getting up and got ready to drive out with her mother.

In the car her mother, Connie, eyed her, sighing. "Leigh, sweetie, I know. You have to miss the first day and I'm sorry but we need to get more money."

"I know." She stared out the window, looking at the cars. They began driving by the college and Leigh just stared at it. "Hello, Roundview." She whispered, withdrawing out the pamphlet for the college, reading it through for the third time.

At the college, all of the students were walking around and Freddie was sitting with one of his best mates, Jonah Jeremiah Jones, JJ for short. They were waiting on their other friend, James Cook, more known as Cook, in the principal's office since he flashed himself during the New Student meeting that took place a few minutes ago in the gym.

Through the door, they heard the Head Director yell. "If I ever, ever see your face in this office again . . . Get out! GET OUT! GET OUT!"

The door opens up and Cook walks on out, grabbing his lunch sack and JJ and Freddie stood. "Did she expel you?" JJ asks, putting his backpack on.

 "For what?"

"Well, getting your cock out in Assembly. I'm guessing, but it's possibly frowned upon. Even in the state sector."

"She understood the bind I was in. I was doing what I was told."

Freddie then nodded. "Very accommodating."

Cook then smiled. "There was something about removing my bollocks with a monkey wrench if she ever saw them again. I think we reached an understanding." They headed down the one hall and he began talking again. "Right. To business."

JJ gives him a questionable look. "You mean education?"

"Women, JJ."

"Women? Um . . . I mean, I feel like we might be . . . I don't want to sort of run before I can walk . . ." His words drifted off as they rounded the one corner, stopping to see a lot of girls at their lockers. Cook eyed them all with a grin. "Wow. Girls!"

"Yep." Freddie nodded, still bummed that Leigh wasn't there but still relieved since he knew that Cook would be all over her.

"So much choice. It's disconcerting." JJ comments.

Cook his head. "No, it's just a matter of sorting out the wheat from the chavs." His blue eyes then founded the girl that he and the boys saw from that morning, standing in front of a vending machine. "Ah, there we are." She bent down, retrieving her bag of crisps and when she did, her black, white dotted panties showed since her dress was cut short. "And the wolf shall lie down with the lamb."
