Everyone has their own way of rp, but don't make it like you tell a story. If you do that, you might as well write a story.
I love getting long messages if it is about rp, honestly, but when people make it too complicated (they start to tell a story) I'm like 'well, you don't need me for this, go write a book something!!'
For example:
I walked down the street, ready to start my day. I had just bought coffee, and was wearing my new bought outfit that was looking great on me, and slightly sexy. Today was my first day of working at the office. I was going to meet my boss again. "I can't wait to see mister Warfstache again" I secretly had a crush on him.
Like that. Doesn't that sound like the beginning of a story??
OH AND!!! Maybe you noticed the self compliment???? That's a no-go too!
I would do it like this...the easy way, and not very complicated:
J: *walking to her first day of work in her outfit she just bought* *thinks of Wilford, her boss* *blushes slightly, smiling to herself*
Boom!! And please understand that I'm not telling you you HAVE TO rp like this, but it's just not so complicated, and it's not like you're narrating a story (Which, in a roleplay, just looks silly). So, I RECOMMEND you do it like this, maybe your 'partner' does it like this, or is going to do it like this too!
I hope you think this is helpfull!! ❤️
