Abstract art is pointless
Yet it is so fun
Drawing squares and small boxes
Why the hell is it so pointless?
Abstract art is emotion
It heals your inner soul
It makes you feel your sorrow and joy
Why is it emotional?
Abstract art is crazy
It makes no *insert censored word of choice* sense
You could say that about my poem
And if you do just go away
I’m sorry I hurt your feelings
Please don’t go away
Just read the rest of this thing
It’s only a few minutes, okay?
Abstract art is like Drugs
It makes you see colours and stuff
It makes my mind go completely numb
I need a word to complete the rhyme, how about dumb?
My good friend said this makes no sense
Sadly, I agree
Was this meant to be about abstract art?
I forgot what this poem was about, you see.
I am going to ramble on about pointless stuff again
