Chapter 14
I was running. Fast. Sweat was pouring down my face. I glanced behind me. The giant bionic bull was still chasing me. Slowly, it was catching up. I turned to face the road ahead, which was gradually coming to an end. The road literally ended. The dirt path led to a world of whiteness. Nothing was beyond that. This whole thing seemed so unrealistic.
I turned around once more, just in time to see the bull ram into me. It sent me hurdling through the air and skidding to a halt against the rough dirt path. I rolled onto my back. The bull was standing over me, breathing heavily. I could feel the hot steam from its nose on my face. It was humid and uncomfortable.

Closing my eyes tight, I took a deep breath and opened them again. The only thing I could see was Sill's eyes piercing into mine. Instinctively, I shoved him off, and threw myself from the couch. Gasping for breath, I glared at him as he pulled himself off the floor.
“ What on Earth are you doing now!?!?!” I exploded.
“ No need to get embarrassed.” he said.
Just as I was about to scold him, the door bell rang.
“ Saved by the bell.” Sill teased, running back into his room.
As he ran by me, I tripped him. I don't want to go to my trail today. Hidden Information involved more computers, and with what happened yesterday, I would be completely fine if I never saw a computer again. I slipped my feet into those terrible bunny slippers, and trudged to the door. When I opened the door, Crystal was there, smiling as usual.
“ Hey” she said, sounding completely carefree.
“ Hey” I replied. “ I'm wearing a shirt this time.”
She laughed. Did I ever mention she had the best laugh. I smiled back at her.
“ Can I help you with something?” I said, with a surprisingly less cold tone.
“ I was wondering if you wanted to skip today?” she asked, tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear.
If she was trying to be incredibly cute, she was doing a hell of a job. One thing did seem odd though. I never would've expected her to be one to just skip class. I always imagined her to be the best student in school, straight A's and all that. The student that all the teachers loved. The girl that all the guys had crushes on. I guess even she has a side of her that I didn't know. Well, she was invited to this place after all.
“ Not a fan of the trials?” I asked curiously, determined to find the answer I wanted.
“ Well, my trial has to do with computers.....and I know that you hate computers......and....I don't like them that much either...so..yeah.” she said, looking down at her feet.
That's when I realized how much she was blushing, She looked like a tomato. Was this her way of asking me out? People always say how dense guys are when it comes to this type of thing, but to tell you the truth, I don't think I am.
“ I'm in the mood for a smoothie. Know any good places?” I asked, leaning against the wall.
And before you comment on this action, no, I didn't do it to look cool. My left leg suddenly cramped up, so I used the wall for support. I did it to not look stupid. Although, she wouldn't know that. She looked up at me, still blushing lightly, and smiled. She has such perfect teeth.
“ Yeah! There is a really good smoothie stand not far from here. Because it's a stand, people don't usually think the smoothies are any good, but there the best I've ever had.” She spouted.
