Chapter 2: Surprise, surprise!

~Later that day at home~

*RING RING RING*

I answered my phone not surprised it was Lindsey shouting in my ear again.

PAULINA! Turn on channel 11! No questions!

Channel 11? I asked. That's the fangirl channel?

I Said no questions!!! Lindsey stated.

"Diane Fore marrying Daniel Perez!" The channel host announced. "Check out this clip of the proposal!" *rolls clip*

OMG! Poll did you know your dad was getting engaged to THE Diane Fore! Well I shouldn't even say Fore anymore it's Diane Perez! Lindsey said.

No Linds, I had no idea they were even dating. I haven't seen him for 2 years not even a call since he's been shooting that movie with- oh. I said.

Paula this is so exciting!!! Are you mad, happy, sad! Explain!!! I'm Syked! Lindsey said.

I'm actually excited too. Wait but. That. I stuttered.

That means my brother will be Dylan Fore!!!

Just then we we're cut off but my dad coming through the front door, "Paul, can you come help us?!?"

My dad's home gotta go see you later! I said quickly as I hung up my phone. "Help US" I thought. He never has anybody over.

When I got down stairs it see him setting down his 3rd box, flashing camera lights from the open door, and Diane Fore coming through with more boxes. Omg I thought. Is this really happening!

My thoughts got cut off again from my dad " well sweetypaul, arnt ya gonna help?"

I stayed speechless while I helped unpack from the Uhaul. I didn't try to be nosey, but I noticed all of these items were male teen stuff. Like a guitar, guy shirts, and baseballs. I then here a familiar voice "I can get my stuff myself, thank you." It was Dylan! He was just as sweet as I thought he would be. Our hands touched as we transferred the box into each others arms. But I knew I shouldn't think like this we're going to be step siblings in 3 months.
