YAYYYYY SUMMER TIME BABY !!!! Okay now let's grow up and get to the story...

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mickayla's POV

AunJelle and I stood by as Kent and Dan backed away from the four unconsious bloody-faced boys on the ground. I noticed Dan had a bloody nose and Kent had blood on his lip. He was so hot.... I looked down for a tenth of a second and when I looked up, Kent was standing in front of us apologizing. "That was so awesome and fun to watch," I said, throwing my fists into the air and striking a dramatic pose. Everyone replied with laughter, everyone except Dan.

Instead, Dan stood solemnly looking down at the bodies. Kent touched Dan's shoulder and stated, "Let's get out of here before Nana shows up." Dan hesitated but shortly started out the door towards the car.

Everyone was silent on the ride back to the apartments. We followed them into their apartment that looked identical to ours. AunJelle disappeared into the kitchen to get towels to address their wounds, while the boys went to the closet. I looked towards the kitchen for a brief second and when I look back towards the closet the guys were shirtless! OMG! So fucking HOT! Dan reached into the closet, grabbing a shirt, and throwing it in a blind direction, making it land close to my feet.

Kent look at where it landed, and stared as if waiting for me to throw it back to him. I kept looking from the shirt to Kent and back again, in awe of his looks. AunJelle walked in and immediately saw Dan putting on his shirt causing her to drop eveything.

Kent noticed that I kept looking at him then to his replacement shirt and started smirking at me. What an amazing hot smirk he has! A scene from Red Riding Hood popped into my head. Kent walked towards me. He bent down to pick up the shirt keeping eye contact and slowly stood back up running his hands up my legs and pressing me back against the wall. I let out a shaky breath as he stared me down with his sapphire blue eyes.

Ever so slowly, he touched his lips to mine, making me feel magical. Everything around us seemed to disappear. Every bad thought and everything bad about me just seemed to go away in that moment, shut in a forgotten drawer.

Kent's POV

I wonder what she's thinking... Sex? No, no. Should I ask her on a date and invite Dan and AunJelle? I thought about where we should go if she agrees to go on a date. What will she say? Will Dan and AunJelle agree to come with us or leave us alone?

I smiled at that thought while I was still kissing Mickayla. I finally realized I needed to breathe, so I pulled away to see a beautiful smiling Mickayla. What an amazing smile she has! A scene from Red Riding Hood popped into my head.

"Mickayla, would you like to go to the movies with me?" I shyly asked, scared of rejection. She just stared at me. I could tell I was starting to sweat from embarassment, when she replied, "Yes, of course. Alone or with them?"

I looked at Dan and AunJelle, they just smiled at us. "Would y'all like to come with us to the movies," I asked. In a way, I was hoping they would say no. Sadly, Dan and AunJelle nodded their heads, and said yes at the same time. Creepy...

"Um, that was creepy," Mickayla said laughing. When she talks and laughs at the same time, she sounds funny. A cute funny.

AunJelle handed a wet paper towel to Mickayla. "Clean him up," AunJelle stated, "so we can go."

Mickayla noticed that she now had blood on her lip from our kiss. She wiped it off. Then she came over to me and started to pat down my bloody lip.

I pouted at her and stuck my hip out like a girly-girl, causing her to do the cute laugh again.

I grabbed her hips and pulled her against me as she finished.

AunJelle was cleaning up Dan as his face stayed serious from the fight. No one really likes fighting and Dan has a bad habit of it that he's trying to quit.

AunJelle took the bloody paper towels and threw them in the trash that was against the wall a few feet away.

"So it's about one, what movie are we going to see," AunJelle asked. Dan pulled out his phone while the rest of us got into a conversation about the movie 50 first dates.

"Oh my gosh! I fucking love that movie! I could watch it everyday for the rest of my life," Mickayla said jumping up and down like a monkey. "I hate that movie," Dan piped in, "it's annoying. By the way, Rio 2, Amazing Spiderman 2, God's Not Dead, Heaven is for Real, Endless Love, and Oculus, are all the movies at the theater today, and they all start at two o'clock."

"I would be okay with seeing Endless Love, if y'all want," I said. Mickayla smiled at me. That damn amazing smile.

"Well I wanna see Oculus," Dan said. Mickayla looked kind of worried and AunJelle looked frightened. "What about the girls? They don't look like they want to see Oculus," I said, mainly for Mickayla's sake.

"AunJelle will be fine with me, right honey," Dan said looking at AunJelle. AunJelle gave a worried smile but said yeah. "Well Mickayla and I can go see Endless Love and you and AunJelle can watch the Oculus," I suggested. Everyone agreed on that. Dan wiggled his eyebrows at AunJelle.

"We better go now, if we want to get the good seats," Mickayla said winking at me. I stepped back a couple feet and shrugged on my black shirt, now concious that I was bare-chested.

"Let's go, dumbasses, we need to hurry," Mickayla whined, jumping up and down, tugging my hand, looking like a toddler that needed to use the restroom. I smirked at Dan, and followed Mickayla out the door. The heat of the sun barred down on me like a wall when I stepped out into the light and I was temporarily blinded as well.

Mickayla tossed the keys to her car at AunJelle, who was not expecting them and as a result they hit her arm and fell to the ground with a metallic clink. AunJelle scowled at her before picking them up and handing them to Dan while I laughed. We got in our vehicles at the same time, Mickayla and I in ours and Dan and AunJelle in theirs. Dan pulled out first, going down the rocky road past the other skinny apartments with their second-story balconies all in a line.

As we pulled out onto the highway, I felt the tenative silence grow between us. "Do you have a boyfriend?" I asked to remove the discomfort. I glanced quickly at her to see her reaction. She shook her head at me.

"I haven't had one since I was fifteen years old."

"Oh... What happened?" She took a moment to answer.

"He broke me."

AunJelle's POV

"How do you not like this song?" Blackstreet's 'No Diggity' was coming through the speakers. Dan shook his head, a slight smile tugging at his lips. "I don't like the band. The song's okay. Very catchy, though."

I started singing to the chorus quietly while staring at the green forest outside. I had heard this song in some movie, but couldn't remember which one. "What kind of music do you listen to anyway?" I asked Mr. Grumpyface.

"Metal. Alternative. Rap annoys the mother living crap out of me." I giggled. He seems the type to like that kind of music, I guess. "Yeah me too. Ok you can change it if it's killing you that much."

He reached forward and turned the knob to go throught the stations. The one he chose was playing Riot by Three Days Grace. I started singing to it and so did Dan. By now we could see the gift shop with all it's carved bears up ahead. I glanced behind us to see Kent and Mickayla's car following us and smiled. We went through the small town, small bits of white puff came down from the cottonwood trees that lined mainstreet like snow and collected by the sides of the road.

There were lots of hotels and vacation getaways here, and not many residential houses that I could see. As the car slowly stopped at a traffic light, Kent and Mickayla pulled up beside us, smiling at us I noticed blue and red lights to my left. I sat forward in my seat, not wearing a seatbelt to see the cops in the parking lot of Nana's Kitchen. This also caught the other's interest. They were talking to the four boys who were beat up before. They were standing right next to the road, only a dozen or so feet away from us. The leader who winked at me was there, talking to a bald cop when he saw me.

Anger lit up in his face and he started walking towards the car. Dan and Kent exchanged worried glances. Kent nodded at Dan and then the light turned green.
