The Finale Chapter in Asia's Life

November 2nd, 2014...

That's a date I'll never forget. That was the day were I brought another human being into this earth. The love of my life, my first born, my seed....this was a new begining. 

It was a brisk Sunday afternoon, I was window shopping with my sister who comes to LA every so often to check up on me and my pregnancy. My feet were killing me and my back was hurting more than usual. My due date was the 15th but honestly I could pop any day now.

Incase you're wondering, yes Daniel is back from tour but he's always at his second home, the studio. I've learn to accept this because that's one of the perks of dating a rapper. I can't lie he does try to be home as much as he can, especially since it's getting so close to my due date. 

"Those are cute." my sister said pointing to a pair of red 6 inch heels. They had silver studs going up the heel and the inside was cheetah suede, they were perfect.

"Too bad I can't wear those."

"But I can!" she said pulling me inside the store. When we got inside the vibe was perfect, they had soft but upbeat music playing, it smelled like vanilla and sugar canes and the employees choice of wardrobe was so cute.

"How may I help you?" said a thin white girl with thick glasses on. I looked her up and down. 

"How much are those?" my sister pointed to the shoes in the window.

"Oh, those are $450.99! Cute huh?"

"$450.99? They better come with Frank Ocean tickets!"

The woman laughed. "No, that's funny though. They're Versace that's why they are so high priced."

"Oh...well that's all, thanks."

She nodded and went to go help some other customers. I walked around the store examing a little bit. It made me sad because all the clothes were so cute and for itty bitty girls then here I am fat and pregnant. I can't wait until I drop this baby fat once Danielle is born.

"Lets get out of here." I said to my sister.

"Wanna grab something to eat?"

"Sure."

We walked along the boardwalk until we saw Urth. It's our favorite to place to eat out here besides In-N-Out. I ordered a salad with a cucumber water and my sister other the same but with a strawberry lemonade. We finished eating then we caught a Taxi back to the house. 

As soon as we entered I tossed my sandals to the side and flopped down on the couch. It felt so good to be inside were the AC is. I called Daniel to check on him. 

"Hey babe." he soft voice spoke.

"Wassup?"

"Same ole, same ole. How's my daughter?"

"Turnt up, haha. She's been playing tag all day in my stomach."

"Haha, that's my girl. What's for dinner?"

"You wanna order takeout or do you want me to cook?"

"You can order takeout, I know you're probably tired and don't feel like standing up."

"True."

"Well I'll see you later baby."

"Okay, I love you."

"I love you too, bye."

I sat my phone down on the coffee table and rested my head on one of the pillows on the couch. Before I knew it I was fast asleep.

I woke up with a blanket over me and my sister sitting on the love seat playing on her phone. I wiggled a little bit until I felt something warm on my leg. I got up as quick as I could and went to the bathroom. That's when I realized that I didn't have to use the bathroom, but that my water had broke. 

"Chauuuuuuu!" I screamed my sister's name. I heard her heavy footsteps down the hall. 

"What's wrong sissy?" she said. 

"It's time!!!!!!"

I was breathing hard in the backseat and the sharp pains in my abdomen was killing me. I kept screaming and tears were rushing down my face, I've never felt anything so painful in my life. 

"Call Daniel!" I said.

"I can't I'm trying to drive!"

"Call Daniel you son of a bitch!"

"Fine."

She grabbed her phone and quickly called him.

Daniel's POV

My phone was ringing while I was in the middle of recording a verse. I sighed frustrated, this better be important. It was Chau.

"Wassup wassup!"

"Daniel! Asia is about to give birth!"

"Are you fucking serious?"

"Dead ass!"

My heart felt like it was about to jump out my chest, it's about to happen! It's finally about to happen, I get to meet my baby girl! "Tell that asshole to hurry!" I heard Asia voice in the background.

"I'm coming baby." I said hanging up.

"What's going on?" Spin asked confused.

"Who the hell is that?" Pharrell asked.

"That was my lady! She's about to give birth!" 

"Word?"

"Yes! I gotta go!"

"I'm coming with you man!" Spin said.

"You don't have to bro."

"I know! I want to." 

We did a quick bro hugged and we rushed out the studio. My heart was racing and my breath kept getting caught in my throat. I felt like I was the one about to get birth.

When we arrived to the hospital the clerks quickly showed me to were she was at. Asia's hair was every were and some was sticking to her face because of the sweat. Her eyes were really red and her face was too. "Daniel, you bastard! I'm gonna kill you!" she screamed. 

"Are you father?" The doctor asked.

"Yes sir."

"Okay, everyone out except for the parents!"

Spin and Chau exited and I walked over to Asia's side. "Breath baby." I said trying to say as calm as possible. 

"How could you do this to me!?" she screamed, grabbing my hand and squeezing the life out of it.

The doctors rushed over, one stood between her legs and two stood on the side. "Okay, Ms.Long take slow steady breaths and when I say push I wanted you to push with all your might."

"Shut up and get this thing out of me!"

"Push!" 

Asia turned really red and I could tell she was pushing really hard. I wiped the tears from her face and she squeezed my other hand. "I see a head!" one doctor said. "Push again!"

Asia grunted and continued to push. Once I heard the sound of crying, it seemed like the world froze. It was the most beautiful sound in the world. I felt a warm tear escape my eye. I watched as the doctors cut the umbilical cord and clean my babygirl up. The wrapped her in a pink blanket and handed her to me. I held her so carefully as she whimpered softly. I looked over at Asia fast asleep. She looked so worn out. 

I kissed Danielle's cheek. God, she looks just like her mother. Perfect....
