Friend Number Two: talking about things makes it worse. end of conversation
Me: okay. I completely understand, it was just an option. When my anxiety levels are too high I don't like talking to people (I'm not saying it's your anxiety I'm just using this as an example) in fact I start balling when someone asks "oh, are you okay" and I just wanna put my fist through a wall. God, I turned this into my own issues. Okay, end of conversation.
