WHAT I THINK ABOUT SHIPPING

Here is my (kind of late) part 3 to the collection: WHAT I THINK ABOUT SHIPPING!

Now that I am slightly more experienced with the shipping world, considering the past few moths have been DRAMA DRAMA DRAMA, I can tell you that all of the things I said before are pretty much true (for me, at least).

If I could only tell you one thing though, it is to never forget the lessons you learned while crushing on someone else. I know this isn't necessarily shipping related, but I feel like talking deep shit, ok?

When you move on from a previous crush/boyfriend/girlfriend/alien lover, you can't forget the lessons you learned while you were "in romance" (thoughts or real life) with them. For example, the lesson from my past crush (the one before my current), is to NEVER base your feelings on the other person. You know what I mean? Ok, let me explain. I liked that guy for 1 1/2 YEARS PEOPLE. And the reason I couldn't move on was because I kept thinking that maybe HE would like me back and maybe HE would realize I was in his class and maybe HE would realize that I liked him.

What I'm trying to say is to MAKE SOME OF THE MOVES YOURSELF. For example, with the guy I'm currently crushing on, it's nice cause we're friends anyways, but I am talking to him, and saying hi to him. I'm not just waiting around in a chair with my legs folded, hoping he'll ride up to me on a unicorn and ask for my hand in marriage (it's just a scenario, so chill to you people who know who it is). I'm now trying to take the initiative.

I guess what I'm trying to say is to learn from every shipping/crush/romance/alien lover you have. It'll benefit you when you move on to the next ship/crush/romance/alien lover. Just remember to keep at it. YOU GO GIRL! (Or boy)
