Chapter Two

[Jeonghan POV]

Is he fucking serious? he asked me to wait inside the orchestra room and he's not even here. It's been fucking 30 minutes. People are starting to think I'm weird

A middle aged man approaches me

"Excuse me, but if your not an orchestra player you can't be in here"

"Oh.. uh I'm waiting for someone"

"Who?'

'Um Joshua Hong"

The orchestra teacher sighs
"Joshua left as soon as the bell rang"

Wait what?

From the corner of my eyes I could see some students were trying to contain their laughter

"..."

My face starts to turn a dark shade of red

"Okay..." I quickly leave the room and slam the door shut

I dial Joshua's number

"... Hello?"

"Joshua??? You didn't stay after"

"...Oh crap, I'm so sorry I forgot"

"You forgot??? You're the one that asked me to practice!"

"I'm really really sorry, but I gotta go right now, let's talk later"

"wait-"

God fucking damn, he's so arrogant. I can't believe he just cut me off like that. He's probably not even busy. Should I just go home? Maybe I'll just stay after and practice on my own.

I send a message to Joshua

"You suck"

Joshua replies back

"I know I'm sorry"

I head to the practice rooms

<One hour and thirty minutes later>

My throat is dry and I didn't even bring any water, I lay my flute down and head out to look for a water fountain.

When I turn the corner I bump into someone

"Agh sorr-"

Wait a second, why is Joshua here?

"Jeonghan? You're still here?" Joshua asks

"Yeah, you should've told me you were here we could've practiced together"

"Oh, sorry I just got here to practice, I would've called you but I thought you went home"

"I have music for the both of us, if you want we could practice together now"

I don't know why but I feel a little embarrassed for asking that, but it goes away after Joshua gives me a giant smile

"Really? Okay! Hold on let's go to the orchestra room, my Violin is in there" Joshua grabs my hand and starts walking but I didn't move which yanks Joshua back.

"Oh yeah I forgot, I embarrassed myself in front of the orchestra players because of you"

"Me? What'd I do?"

"You didn't stay after and I stayed in the orchestra room for 30 minutes waiting for you and I looked suspicous so the orchestra teacher asked me to leave and the students behind him were laughing at me"
