Love potions are always a slightly red hot pink colour. Ones that work via skin contact are more of a hot pink than the ones that have to be ingested.
Equipment required:
-Cauldron
-Wand
-Glass vile
-Large, wooden spoon
Ingredients:
-The Petals of a Red Rose (5)
-The Fragrance of Lavender (150mls)
-Sugar from the Sweetest Sugarcane (50g)
-Honey from the Bees with Red Strips (50mls)
-Hair from the Person the Drinker is to Fall in Love with
-
Fill cauldron with water.
Add ingredients in the order listed and stir well.
The potion should give off an extremely sweet scent and turn pink.
At that stage, take your wand and lightly tap the surface of the potion.
With your wand on the surface, chant:
"Bend to thy's will. Diligitis Alium."
You may then put your wand away.
A small bit of smoke will raise from the cauldron. The potion will thicken and turn a reddish hot pink.
That means you have done it correctly.
Then, fill up your vile and use for immediate use or save for later use.
Potions containing DNA don't work on whoever's DNA is in the potion. Basically, you can't fall in love with yourself if you use your own hair and drink it.
