A feeling

Books have structure, with paragraphs, specific sentence construction and different knit-picks that aren't just made for these words of mine—jumbled in mind and spilling out of my eye overflowing out of my hands and leaking onto paper, filling the empty spaces with metaphors I didn't even know existed.

Sometimes, words are just words, that have letters, no context or meaning but have the ability to make or break you; just like a stone. On its own, a stone is a natural element from the lithosphere but once manipulated it can be used to harm someone.

Words are more than the letters that form it and poetry isn't just books or passages that rhyme; it's the most constructive and deconstructive way to help you breathe or feel alive.

Poetry is so much easier and comes so naturally and it just—happens. For me anyways.
