"Look bro. I know I just met her but I love her. I want to get to know her more." I say to my friend.

"Then invite her to your house bruh."

"You know she's just my neighbor right?"

"Invite her to the park with you."

"Ugh! Fine!"

"Good. Now there she is go talk to her!" He says pushing me over to her.

"Hey" I say walking over to her.

"Um...hi" she says shyly.

"Um....I was um wondering if um you maybe, you don't have to but um, go to the park with me then maybe hang out at my house?" I ask awkwardly.

"Yea sure...sounds like fun."

Ember's POV

OMG OMG OMG! HE JUST ASKED ME TO HANG OUT WITH HIM!

I know its really weird, I just met him and don't even know his name but I think I like him. This could be the one and only chance to get to know him. Once he finds out how much of a loser I am he's not gonna want to be around me ever again.
