The sun was shining on a hot summer day. The children of Apollo were playing volleyball, it was about eight o'clock everyone was up and energized. Well at least almost everyone. In the cabin of (ygp/n) a girl was asleep in her bed her body was in an awkward position but she was still sound asleep. A light snore came from her mouth and she had drool coming down the sude of her mouth. The door creaked open and two mops of brown heads poked through to look inside . Those two heads belonged to none other than the mischievous sons of Hermes. Travis and Connor Stoll. The tall boy shushed the shorter boy and heaved the bucket of water with him. Connor stood there opening the door, staring at the girl who was laying asleep in peace. As he stared at her his brother almost dropped the bucket of water and cursed as quietly as he could. "Would you quit staring at her like a love sick puppy and help me here?!" Travis said in a hushed voice with a smirk on his face. "I do not look like a love sick puppy." Connor snapped at his brother with a bright red face. "Hm hm yeah that face states other wise." Was all Connor got im response. "Plus I don't think she will like me after this anyway." Connor replied in a sad tone. "Oh cheer up at least she forgives you for everything you do at least." Travis responded. While the two were talking (Y/N) began to stir from her sleep because she heard the sound of two male voices in the cabin.
(Y/N) did not want them to know that she was awake and pretended to be asleep. "Oh for gods sake grow a pair and tell her that you like her you scaredy cat!" (Y/N) realized that the voice belonged to no one other than Travis Stoll so that would mean that the other male would be and should be Connor Stoll. At the mention of him liking another girl brought a sting of pain to her heart knowing that the boy that she had a crush on would never like her back. " Oh what am I supposed to say 'Hey (y/n) I have had a crush on you for a long time and I was wondering if you would like to go on a date with me?'" Connor said his voiced was filled with a slight hint of annoyance from his brothers sudden interest in his love life. That was when I decided to speak up with my eyes still closed "Of course I will go out with you Connor." I smiled and turned to my side as I heard a loud "Holy Hades she's awake." and a loud thud and splash as the water bucket hit the floor. I couldn't hold in my laughter and I pushed myself off my bed. "Oh my gods your reaction!" I said in between laughter my stomach began to hurt my sides as I laughed causing tears to form
in my eyes.
"We thought you were asleep!" The shorter twin said as he stared at her in shock. The (yh/c) girl smirked at the boys."Always check your victim first boys.Now if I were you I would run before you get attacked with shoes." She said as she reached down and grabbed her pair of shoes. "Attacked by shoes?" The boys both said at the same time with confusion. At those words I flung the shoes with all my might at the taller twin causing him to let out a yelp of pain and shock "Run man run!!" He said as he ran out the door. "Save a seat for me at the camp fire?" I asked Connor. "Sure." He responded with a small smile.I stood up and gave him a kiss on the cheek "Alright see you then !" I said with a smile, as I saw a bright red blush flutter across his cheeks. "You might want to get out though soon." Connor just stared at me in confusion "Why?" He asked "Because the rules state a girl and boy cant be in one cabin alone." I stated to him with a smirk.
Connor's POV-
"Because the rules state a girl and boy can't be in one cabin alone." (Y/N) states with a smirk on her beautiful face. Gods she looks beautiful today even if she just woke up. I pulled her closer to me causing her let out a squeak of surprise, I wrapped my arms around her waist and brought my face closer to hers. "(Y/N), this rule is not going to stop me from being with you. Plus, its not like its the first rule I have ever broken.You're looking at the son of hermes here." I whispered to her looking at her with love in my eyes, and with that I kissed her on her lips. The world around us seemed to be none existent and I felt as if I were home when my lips touched hers. We were interrupted by someone clearing their throat and the sound of a picture being taken.
We both pulled away from each other to come see the faces of my twin brother Travis and Chiron. "Finally you two get together!!" My brother said with a smirk on his face. "(Y/N), Connor kitchen duty for being in a room together alone." He turned around and began to trot off, he pauses outside and turns his head "Congratulations on getting the girl Mr.Stoll." And with that he trotted off to where ever he appeared from.
(Y/N)'s face was still bright red from the kiss and from being caught from Chiron. "Just don't make any babies.I am too young to be an Uncle." Travis's voice cut through the air creating an awkward tension. I could feel my face heat up from his comment, I looked at (Y/N) to see that she had the same reaction as I did causing me to smirk. "No promises." I said soon enough my head began to throb from pain as I put my hand on my head I was about to complain until I felt (Y/N) kiss me and pushed me out of the cabin. Later she kicked Travis out too. "See you boys later!!" Her voiced called out from the cabin as she shut the door with a beet red face.
I only chuckled and began to walk away with my brother until I realized something. "Wait!" I ran back and knocked rapid fire on the (yg/p) cabin until she finally opened the door. "KNOCK IT OF--- Connor?" She asked/ yelled in confusion. " I forgot to ask something." I said as I scratched my neck. "Yes?" She asked waiting patiently. " I was wondering if you would be my girl friend?" I asked while looking at the floor. "Well I didn't kiss you for nothing we still have that date we are going on to right? So I guess my answer for you would be yes!" She said with a smile. I looked up at her and gave her a hug, she was taken aback as I suddenly hugged her but none the less hugged me back.I pulled away from the hug and smirked "Well princess times a wasting and I got to prank some people but I will see you later alright?" I asked her, she nodded her head and replied "Alright love see you later." I gave her a quick peck on the cheek and ran off to find my brother. I can't wait for our camp fire date I thought in my head as I ran.
