Grabbing a box from my car I carefully pulled it out and adjusted my balance. I couldn't have moved more than two steps when the bottom of my box gave way and the contents spilled all over the pavement. "Great!" I exclaimed loudly as I started to gather up my personal items.

"Hey klutzy!" I looked up from my position on the ground into the grinning face of Jordan. "My name's Izzy." I said through gritted teeth. Being teased by Jordan was the last thing I needed right now.

"Need a hand?" He started collecting the wayward items and adding them another box I had in my car. "Hmmm and what is this? A present from a secret lover perhaps?" I saw him pick up a stuffed teddy bear with a red heart on its belly embroidered with "I love you". It was a gift from Daniel. Mum and Dad must have packed it in the box they sent down. Of course they had no idea of the significance of it. Once it had meant a great deal to me. Now it was just a reminder of the false relationship I had.

"It's nothing." I went to grab it and carelessly tossed it in the garbage bin.

"Hey. You didn't have to do that. I was only joking with you." He started to open the bin to retrieve it. "No Jordan. Just leave it. It means nothing to me now. I just want to be rid of it." He hesitated for a moment and then replaced the lid. At least he listened and respected my wishes. He seemed a bit quiet now. Great. I was spreading my cheer all around. Of course he had no idea. It wasn't fair to take it out on him.

"I'd be grateful if you gave me a hand." I looked at him shyly and that grin appeared on his face again. "Anything for you klutzy...sorry Izzy." We grabbed the boxes and headed inside. Brandon stuck his head around the corner when heard our footsteps.

"Alright Izzy? Oh Jord. What's up? What brings you here?" Brandon's smile faltered when he saw his brother carrying my boxes.

"Hey Brand. Just giving Izzy a hand here. How's the munchkins?"

"They've just dropped off to sleep. I was going to ask Izzy to give me hand to take them up to their cots. Don't know where Britt's gone. She must be taking a nap herself." I put my box on the table and turned to Jordan. "Thanks for the hand but I better attend to the twins. After all it is my job now. If you could carry my boxes up to the guest room I'd be ever so grateful." He sort of stood there alternating his look between Brandon and myself. "Sure. Anything for you Izzy." He blew me a kiss before heading upstairs. Brandon gave him a funny look before turning his attention back to me.  "How about we get these sleeping beauties tucked into their beds huh."

After putting them into their cots, the three of us sat around the kitchen table. I made sure to adjust the volume on the baby monitor. Brandon was right. It looked like Brittany had fallen asleep. Poor woman. She must have been exhausted. No wonder she needed my help. Looking after twins as well as dealing with a new pregnancy. Nobody could begrudge her a couple of hours sleep.

"So Izzy." Brandon asked. "Can you tell them apart yet?" His eyes are twinkling mischievously. I was sure he and Jordan had plenty of experience being mixed up. I still couldn't tell Jordan and Brandon apart let alone Joshua and Jacob. I knew I had to learn to be more observant.

"Umm to be honest no. Lucky they were wearing outfits with the names embroidered on them. I wouldn't be able to tell who was who."

"It will come to you after a while. Even though they look the same at first glance you'll notice slight differences. Not only with their personalities but the physical appearance too. Ain't that right Brand. Hey just cause we look the same doesn't mean we aren't two separate people with two separate personalities and traits."

Jordan was talking to both of us but he couldn't take his eyes off me. In fact Brandon was looking straight at me too. I found it unnerving seeing two pairs of identical eyes boring into me. I couldn't help but look back at them. It was then I noticed that Jordan had a faint scar above his left eyebrow that wasn't replicated in Brandon. I made a mental note to keep that in mind. At least I could identify who was who if I looked carefully.

"Hey. Anybody home?" Zac came into the kitchen with the guy I recognised as Kai from the photograph.

"Hey what are you two doing here and who's this beautiful girl?" I blushed at Kai's questions. I wasn't called beautiful often and suddenly I found myself surrounded by a bunch of attractive guys. Hey, two of them were married I know but that didn't stop the redness rising in my face. I stood up to offer my hand in greeting. "My name's Izzy. I'm the new Nanny here. I presume you're Kai? Lovely to meet you."

"Haha. I can see my reputation precedes me." Kai took my hand and kissed it. The redness in my face instantly went a shade darker. I knew he was just fooling around but it made me suddenly feel all shy.

"Hey Kai mate, stop mucking around. You're a married man. By the way Izzy, where's Britt? Is she ok? And the boys?" Zac surveyed the room looking for his family.

"Oh Brandon and I just put the boys in their cots and Brittany...I think she fell asleep."

"Poor mite. I better go check on her. Hey guys, you'll be ok to see yourselves out. Izzy, thanks for your help today. I know you only just moved in. As you can see this house is go, go, go. Have an early night and rest up for tomorrow. I can take care of things from here." Zac left, leaving me with the three guys.

"Ok and that's our cue to leave. I better go home and check on Ronnie and Madison. You two coming." Jordan and Brandon sat there looking like they didn't want to leave. They snapped out of it pretty fast though when Kai punched both of them on the arm.

"I said let's go. Give Izzy a chance to settle down. I'm sure you can come over and play another day if you behave yourselves."

"KAI!" They both said in unison. "We're not two years old!" Jordan added.

I walked them to the front door and said my goodbyes. "Don't forget Saturday night Izzy. I'll pick you up around 7pm. After you settle the munchkins for the night. Can't wait." Brandon flashed me a bright smile. I returned it. "Hey what? What's this about Saturday?" Jordan questioned his brother but nobody answered.

"Hey boys play nice. It's time to leave." Kai turned his attention to me. "I have to apologise for my baby brothers. It's not often a beautiful girl like yourself comes along. You'll have to forgive them for their childish behaviour." He started laughing and Jordan and Brandon started punching him as I closed the door. As the door closed I saw the slightest gesture of a wink from Jordan. Hmmm. This job was becoming more interesting by the minute.
