CHAPTER 2: Memories (Taehyung)

It's been a while since you saw Taehyung. You had been suffering from pain ever since you and him started dating but you didn't care about it even though you almost die from it as long as Taehyung won't leave you. You loved Taehyung so much that you didn't bother sparing some for yourself.

At first you didn't mind all of the cursing he does to you because you keep reminding to yourself that "He's just tired of work that's why"but Taehyung would apologize quickly after realization hit him. He would do everything just to make up to you like giving you lots of hugs and kisses, He would bring you a bunch of flowers and chocolates and etc.

"History repeats itself" that's what happened to them. This past few months, they kept on arguing on something like why is Taehyung always go home late, always drunk, is he cheating on her back and many more. He always keep hitting her, telling her names and what's worst is sexually abusing her. However, He keeps on apologizing while you - the most caring and kind girlfriend always forgive him after what he had done to you. Some of your friends had already talked to you about how Taehyung is being so rough but you keep telling them that "He loves me".

~ FLASHBACK ~

One day while you were cooking breakfast for the both of you, suddenly he spoke.

"Y/n let's just break up. we all know that this isn't working out." he said while sipping his coffee.

You didn't respond first.

"Y/n I know you're hurt but I didn't really love at the first place. i just pitied you that's why I accepted you as my girlfriend. I should probably get going. Don't bother staying up late just for me tonight I won't be coming home from now on. He stood up and went back to his room to packed his things.

That's is the time when you realized that the egg you were cooking was getting burned already and tears where were flowing in your eyes already. You didn't care if it is burning the egg what's matter to you know is Taehyung. Only Taehyung nothing more.

As soon as you saw him moving towards the door you suddenly hug him begging not to go and leave her. But as much as she want him not to leave he had made his decision already and that was final. You hugged him more tighter so he can't go but your strength is not enough to hold in until Taehyung released the grip of your hand on his waist.

You cried so much that day and your friend Jin had come to your house and got panicked when he saw you looking so wasted. You told him what happened and he was so furious at that moment and he gives her a "that-fucking-bastard-really-ain't-know-nothing-but-to-hurt-you" look

"I swear that damn guy would never catch a glimpse of tomorrow as soon as I buried him to his death." he said angrily clenching his fist into ball ready to punch Taehyung in his beautiful face.

"Jin-oppa don't do that please." You begged. "Just let him be you will just make things worst between us" she said sadly facing the ground.

With his long arms, he slowly wrapped it around around your small petite figure and hugged you tightly and you hugged him back that's when you cried even harder as you your grip on his shirt tighten even more because it really pains you to the fact that Taehyung had broke up and left you.

~Flashback Ends~

You suddenly come to your senses when a customer had slammed his fist on the counter glaring you already for not paying attention. You were currently working at a convenient store near you apartment. As soon as the customer leaves suddenly the door flew open revealing a handsome guy. You recognized that figure - it was him - the guy that she used to love.

His gaze suddenly turn towards you and plastered his boxy smile but you just stood there without expression on your face then he walked towards you. You were about to turn around but suddenly you felt a grip in your wrist. You tried to release your hand from his grip but he never let go and then he spoke up.

"Y/n uhmm.. please don't ignore me." He said but you didn't respond. " I know it's been a while since you and I..." he hesitated "and I'm really sorry for leaving you. I didn't know what came to me but please come back to me. I love you Y/n i know you still love me." he said softly but this time he held your hand with his both big hands.

"Taehyung.." you hesitate. its been so ling since he speak so softly to her. "Please give my hand back and We both know that we already move on. I know you didn't love me either and please don't make this hard for the both us you'll just hurt me again so please leave now. If you think that I still love you 'NO' I had already move on Kim Taehyung and don't be to high on yourself you can't fool me now I'm not the girl that i used to be so leave before I call the cops." You said giving him a death glare.

Taehyung was a bit shocked and speechless he didn't know what to say to her and the sweet girl that used to love him before had already changed she became cold.

After that encounter Taehyung sadly left the store feeling so devastated on what had just happened. "What have I done to her" he said to himself feeling the tears from his eyes that began flowing to his cheek.
